The experience of staying here is very memorable. The calm atmosphere is surrounded by trees, vegetable gardens, horses roaming around, the cold air, makes you feel at home. The rooms are aesthetic, clean, bathroom amenities, water heater, sugar and tea are also available. I think it would be more fun if it was made into a mini restaurant for breakfast or just for coffee.. Will come back again if I go to Pangalengan ❤️

- The receptionist is never there - Requests for solutions to problems are not resolved - Monotonous, overly polite, and no confirmation to the person responsible for the accommodation - Horses are unclear, only available in the morning and only for one hour, no clear schedule after 9:00 AM, no horses visible in the area - Management does not respond well to customer concerns - Roads are not suitable for small cars - Villas are not well maintained - Conversations from neighboring rooms are too clearly heard - Not child-friendly - Not pregnant-friendly - Not elderly-friendly - Cigarettes everywhere

For those who want to stay here, make sure to bring heavy food and snacks, because there is no restaurant or room service, there are no tea/coffee spoons in the room, the room is okay, even though it doesn't have AC, it's cool there, it's nice and cool, the amenities are only toiletries, there are no slippers or laundry bags, the road access to the hotel is also rocky, maybe it would be better if it was paved well in the future so that vehicles, both cars and motorbikes, can easily get to the hotel location

The place is comfortable, the air is cool because it is surrounded by trees and plantations, the weather is cool even though the room does not use AC or a fan. Just for the water, please improve it because the flow is small

the bed has sunk, you can feel the wires, the sink is clogged. The strange thing is there is a water heater on the table but there is no plug on the table. The reception is friendly, especially the morning ladies are nice. The room is clean, the air is cold.

Got a price of 221k for 2 nights and no more money was asked, check in could be faster, very cool even though the room doesn't have air conditioning but it's already really cold, the room is aesthetic as shown in the picture even though it's cheap, the bathroom is clean and comfortable, basically I'm very satisfied, the staff is also responsive and quick to respond if asked for help, basically I don't regret staying here

for the room is a standard room. quite small. especially the toilet. strangely the bidet shower is on the left and hard to reach. then the position of the toilet is very close to the wall so that when sitting down it hits the wall. the shower is broken/not on. luckily it's cold so I just wash my face and brush my teeth. because writing notes seems like towels and amenities are provided. but don't dare to brew tea/coffee because the table is dusty, the glasses are dusty, and the electric kettle is also dusty. hopefully more attention will be paid to the cleanliness including the floor which is dusty too. the bedcover and blanket have lots of dirty spots. I suggest changing the color to black so that the dirt is not so obvious :( for the atmosphere of the room, it happened that the room next door was making a noisy phone call and it wasn't really soundproof to my room. the access road should be paved so that it's not muddy and slippery when it rains. the atmosphere outside the hotel is okay, both in terms of scenery and also horses. I stayed here because it's not too far from Nimo Highland.

Because it was high season, all the accommodations were fully booked, got this place for more than 600, when I first arrived the staff were friendly, I liked it, when I entered the room, which was going to be cleaned immediately, I found a bathroom with a leaking shower, a leaking jetspray, BT already. Although it could be fixed by the technician, for that price you can get a star hotel. Oh yeah, the mattress was also very uncomfortable to sleep on, the springs were damaged, so it was noisy if you moved on the bed.

The place is quite comfortable, very family friendly, there are horses, sheep in the front area of the inn suitable for children or adults who like ranch vibes. The downside is the small shower water during peak hours makes bathing time consuming, maybe it can be fixed and improved again. Overall, I might stay here again when I go to Pengalang again
