The inn owner is very friendly, the location is very strategic, right in front of Tugu Station, only a few meters to Malioboro, there are many culinary spots around the area, and they also provide motorbike rentals with well-maintained motorbike units.

The location is right in front of Tugu Station, just cross the street and you'll arrive. This simple homestay is like going home to your grandparents because the place is classic, cool and comfortable. It's not difficult to find food because there are lots of restaurants, cafes and snacks in front. You can also walk to Malioboro. The staff is also friendly. Overall, this homestay is highly recommended if you want to go to Jogja.

At first the AC wasn't cold enough, but after a while it got quite cold. The room was clean, and we got a room in front of Tugu Station.

Solo backpacker ladies took the train to Jogja at 2 am, well this place is safe and comfortable for transit rest. thanks to the helpful staff, I was able to check in at that late hour (info first). Affordable price, has affordable motorbike rental. The location is exactly opposite Tugu station. I am a train lover, so the sound of trains passing by is not a problem. 😊 This is not a set-up testimonial. just one satisfied customer. next time I go to Jogja around Malioboro, I will definitely come back here.

Friendly service, nice people, but unfortunately the mattress is only made of springs so it doesn't feel like sleeping well at all, the TV only has ants, there is wifi but the password is not given, car parking is not possible, you have to park at Tugu Station or on the side of the road, which is quite expensive, 20k. And for the price of the hotel, it's not worth it. It is recommended that if you rent here, don't choose the upper floors because the stairs are steep.

The location is strategic on Jalan Paskem right in front of CL Yogyakarta station, in front of the homestay are sold food and drinks at affordable prices, it is not difficult to find other food sellers too. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The location is very close to Yogyakarta station, close to Malioboro, in front of the homestay sells food, you can leave your suitcase if you arrive at the station in the morning (because you can only check in at 2 pm) the size of the room if there are 2 people should be just right, but because there are 3 of us it looks a bit cramped, the bathroom is also a bit cramped but clean. Amenities are only given 2 towels and 2 soaps (even though there are 3 of us) overall good because the location is in the city center and easy to find if using grab/gojek. Thank you simple homestay :)
