The room is really nice, like an apartment. The building is new, the interior is really nice, so it makes you feel at home 😍. It's very complete if you want to cook. But, even if you don't cook, it's safe because it's close to a mall with lots of delicious food. It's quite cheap, in my opinion, for that price you get a good room. Next time I go to Semarang, I will definitely come here again 😍

Another bad experience with the parking, I left the parking yesterday morning @9:30 am , but I was charged rp.50,000. I extended my stay till 24th. I managed to get the cash refund from the reception. It is just troublesome.

I went to solo in the morning, when I came back around 15:30-15:45, the car park was full, can’t find a slot to park the car, the security in car park can’t help because there is a wedding event, I have no choice but to go to other mall to spend the evening, when I came back around 7pm, the same thing happened, but was lucky to find 1 slot far away. The hotel should be considerate enough for the guests to be able to park the car. We can’t go around the car park searching for slots! That’s very inconsiderate and rude from management part!

Perfect for bringing a family, I happened to choose the Premier Suite. It's comfortable, has an extra bed, and the room is clean. It's especially convenient for bringing a baby, as it can boil water and heat baby food.

The room was clean, but unfortunately, it smelled. The smell was apparently coming from the open drain of the washing machine. The engineer had already closed it, but the smell was still a bit off.

The hotel is new, and everything is still clean. Unfortunately, the shower, toilet, and sink are made in China, which is cheap and uncomfortable to use. The water dispenser is actually modern and nice, but because the third liner is on top, it makes a very unpleasant noise when turned on. The hotel is located across from Poncol Station, so you can hear trains all day long.
