The staff is really friendly and helpful, one of the most awesome is Mr. Adrian in front office. He's such a delightful fellow. The hotel itself has a rooftop bar with good ambiance and scenery. It is well located in Kemang Area, so we can go to restaurants by foot.

everything is good. the room is clean, comfortable, fragrant, complete ammunition. but it would be better if the room lights were a bit brighter because it felt a bit dim, oh yeah, the drinking glasses, sorry to say, were really dirty, like they hadn't been washed. maybe that's all, but if asked if I would come back here again, I definitely would!

I had a suite but there was no iron.
I asked 2 times to get one, they did not
Every time people at reception said yes, but no iron delivered.....
I think the hotel is nice but the personal needs to be trained and reliable.

I stayed here one night and was assisted by Bintang and Hani. The service was excellent and friendly. The room was very comfortable, the AC was cold, and the pillows were top-notch. I slept soundly!
