A pleasant stay at the Batu Aji SP hotel! The condition of the room according to the photo, even large enough for 2 people. There are basic bath amenities (dental kit, soap, towel). the condition of the public area is clean, the lobby, corridors and restaurants are clean. Breakfast is very simple, there are only 3 types of food (noodles, fried rice, toast and fruit). very strategic location, right next to the sp plaza. The staff is also friendly. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the Batu Aji area at a cheap price!

We were very disappointed with the receptionist service because I had a child with me. It's not the extra cost that we regret, but the lack of understanding and communication from the hotel staff. Hopefully, the hotel will improve its service and communication skills. Thank you.

The location is really good, above the SP Plaza, a small but complete modern market and the prices are all cheap, there are also many typical Batam souvenirs. But it's strange that the hotel's price sold on the booking app is much more expensive than buying it on the day. The information is also not right: the Superior type rooms are all windowless, Deluxe: windows.

Cek sedikit agak lama. Receiption kurang ramah. Hotel kurang bersih. Saya nginap di hotel dengan istri dan anak 9 tahun tapi di haruskan pakai extra bed yang seharusnya kita ga butuh. Request 1 double bed dapatnya 2 single bed. Extrabed juga tidak nyaman busa tipis dan ga nyaman tidur. Dan tidak dipakai juga. Rugi sewa extra bed. Tidak saya rekomendasikan untuk stay di hotel ini.

The rooms and toilets are clean, the AC is cold, the entire hotel condition is clean and well maintained. Good breakfast for a hotel that is not too expensive. Located in the center of the busy SP market. Easy to find lunch or dinner. You can take the children for a walk around SP. Overall very good.
