Check in agak tengah malam ga langsung check in karena penjaganya kayanya tidur, pesen single bed dikasih twin bed, token listrik abis jadi isi dulu, kamar kumuh, temboknya banyak cat yang terkelupas, kasur sprei sangat kotor banyak bercak & debu kaya ga pernah dicuci, AC ga dingin, lampu toilet mati, ga ada disediain keset jadi becek depan toilet, wifi ga berfungsi, di halaman depannya juga jorok banyak sampah jadi kaya bau pesing kotoran kucing, penjaganya juga kurang ramah. Harganya emang murah, ga perlu fasilitas mewah, minimal bersih aja biar nyaman dan layak ditinggalin. Ini review jujur dari saya, sebaiknya oyo lebih memperhatikan lagi setiap standar penginapan yang berlabel oyo, karena kalau gini ceritanya bisa menurunkan kredibilitas oyo sendiri, bukan bermaksud menjatuhkan, tapi mohon diperhatikan demi kenyamanan customer, terima kasih.

I don't know if this is an inn intended for lodging or not, I know at that price I can't expect too much for facilities and other things, but at least it's clean and tidy, the sheets and bed covers are dirty, dusty, there's blood. Next, hopefully it will be fixed.

Kamar mandi jorok, petugas tidak ramah, AC engga ada remote.

Very not good service, there are no tables and chairs at all. Toiletries are not provided, bottled water is not provided. Very far from Oyo hotel standards in general. Cable TV has no signal, you have to wait to be confirmed to the receptionist. The AC remote is generated and you have to wait a few minutes after entering the room. This is the worst Oyo hotel I have ever known !!

order 2 mattresses get 1 mattress, sleep 4 does not fit. the room also has no floor cloth if you come from the bathroom, the floor becomes wet

The place is very comfortable, clean, fast response waiters. Great. Not disappointed at all.
