Penampakan hotel dari luar saja sudah terasa kalau hotel ini bakal nyaman. Check in cepat & lancar, staf gercep & ramah, deposit 100k atau tinggalin KTP, saya pilih deposit. Banyak bunga-bunga plastik di koridor depan kamar, hotelnya art, saya suka. Kamar besar, estetik, jarang ada hotel seperti ini & ternyata ada teras lho, dengan view kota. Kamar mandi besar, bersih. Check out juga lancar, cepat. Next time bakal nginap lagi, karena saya & suami sering staycation. Makasih.

Desain estetik, ada balkon dan kursi santai, kamar luas, bed kingsize, lemari, smart TV, meja kerja, lengkap harga 300-an. Yang paling senang itu ada laundry room-nya, mesin cuci setrika gratis pakai sendiri, sabun pewangi sudah disediakan. Plus lagi gratis refill air minum. Tempat gym gratis masih pada baru. Nyaman banget menginap di sini. Hemat budget. Pertahankan terus ya.

It's really nice here, the hotel rooms are minimalist but nicely decorated and very comfortable because each room has a balcony. It's close to everywhere, there are lots of food around it, so far all the facilities are good and running smoothly, thank you, next time I can come here again😇 sorry I can't provide documentation

I didn't expect to get such a comfortable room. The hotel environment is also comfortable, with many corners of the hotel with sofas for relaxing. The cleanliness of the room, toilet, and hotel environment is also good. The bathroom is very good because the water heater works very well. The downside is the parking area for motorbikes is scary because it is too uphill and too downhill. But overall, this hotel deserves a 9/10 star rating.

The pillows and mattresses were shabby, dirty and yellowish. Not as clean as the previous times I stayed there. When I was going to check in, they said it was possible at 2 pm, not long after my husband checked in and said he could, no need to wait until 2 am, I was not allowed to wait or would still be shown the room's readiness or what, I was rejected outright. The AC isn't cold. It seems like it needs maintenance. The floor is dirty even though we just moved in. The TV channels are complete. Netflix, HBO, all work. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, or maybe it doesn't work. The bathroom isn't comfortable.

The location is quite good, affordable, and close to the city.
Rooms for singles or with a partner have enough space plus a balcony. I happened to get a front room.
- Room was okay, the mattress was incredibly dusty on the first day, but I requested a cleaning. The sofa was adequate.
- Pillows were very hard, but the bolsters helped.
- Bathroom was clean, but if you take a long shower, the water can spill into the room. There's hot/warm water in the shower.
- Balcony view is quite good.
- Rooftop is also good for relaxing.
- Cleanliness was quite good, just a bit dusty on the first day, but you can request a cleaning.
- Receptionist was okay.
- Price range is quite good considering the facilities, room, and location.
- Large TV screen, good for watching Netflix or using your own account.
- Moderate Wi-Fi, good for working.
- Adequate amenities, refillable water, and paid snacks in the fridge. The fridge is also large enough to store other items. I haven't had a chance to try the breakfast yet, but the place is pretty good. They also have a varied menu to choose from.

Even though 10 days ago I stayed at this hotel and booked a room with the same type, the same price but the facilities were upside down. The room size, toilet and balcony were not the same, it was like a boarding house, I thought staying at this hotel was a really big deal with the facilities I got 10 days ago. But today the room was really bad, oh yes the towels, 10 days ago the towels were gray, it really felt like new, really fragrant, but today the towels were white but already a bit gray, it would be better to use them as doormats, why am I this disappointed because I have stayed here twice with a gap of only 10 days but with different experiences
