Comfortable and strategically located. Perhaps you could double-check some supplies like tissues and a bath mat so that everything is ready when guests arrive.

When we went there, the room was dusty, so the kids, including me, were coughing. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close once it was closed. There was a balcony, so it was quite comfortable, so it wasn't bad.

The location and cleanliness of the room are good. The bathroom is also good. However, it's a shame that the bedroom has no windows, it's a full wall. I thought there were curtains and there were windows, but it turned out to be a full wall. Another thing that was really not right was that when I opened the door, it hit the bed. So, when I wanted to enter, it was a bit complicated because it was so narrow! When I stayed there, a family had booked several rooms, and in the morning it was very noisy, shouting, and their children were crying too. I swear it was very noisy.

The room was very small, as soon as you enter it smells of cigarettes and there is an ashtray in the bathroom but it says no smoking. There is only one towel provided, there are no facial tissues in the bathroom or room. The door is difficult to open, you have to use internal strength. The hotel location is very strategic, for that price it is worth it if it is just for a place to sleep.

When I initially booked, I requested a high floor and no smoking.
But upon check-in, I was given a room on the second floor and a smoking room because the bathroom had an ashtray.
Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

The room design is contemporary, clean and the front area of the room is full of carpet, there is elevator access, the staff are friendly and fast... In front of the hotel there are many people selling food..., close to Triwindu Market, Klewer Market, Barru pastry shop, Tentrem ice cream.

Of the many hotels I've stayed in, this is the only hotel that has a problem with towels 🫠
Not just once, there are always problems with empty towels/not given or only 1 given even though 2 people are staying, the staff can't solve the problem, from morning we asked for towels because the room was empty until evening they still haven't been given
