The hotel location is very strategic, if you want to go to culinary places, you can just walk around the hotel, it is close to the center of Mesran abon souvenirs too, if you want to go anywhere it is not far, you can also take Grab, a little suggestion for soundproofing, please improve it because it happened that the room next to me was very noisy at night and it was a bit disturbing, for the cleanliness of the room it is very good for an old hotel, it does not give a spooky impression, the room and the hotel corridor are brightly lit, the bed is comfortable, the AC is cold, the room is a bit minimalist but still comfortable, the toilet is also new and clean, and what makes me come back here is the room smells really good and makes me comfortable, thank you

This was my first time staying in Solo and I checked into this hotel. It's close to attractions like the Kraton (Sultan Palace), the town square, and the night market. It's also a short walk to the Central Festival (CFD). The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the hot and cold water flowed smoothly. The staff was friendly. Two bottles of mineral water and a water heater were available for tea and coffee. The towels provided were clean, and the sheets, blanket, and pillows smelled fresh. However, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided.

So far, the hotel is comfortable, there are also lots of food and snacks around the hotel because it is in the Singosaren area and its location is strategic, it was comfortable to stay here during the graduation ceremony yesterday.

The price is friendly, the facilities are also standard, but the room is quite clean.

My first night here was quite comfortable, with water dispensers in the hallways on each floor. The rooms are still standard, not too big, but still very comfortable. I was upgraded to a deluxe room. The staff was friendly. The location is very walkable to Klewer, the palace, and Mangkunegara. The bathroom is spacious. Cleanliness needs to be improved a bit in the corners.

Initially I was a bit hesitant to choose this hotel because I never knew it. After reading the reviews, I finally decided to try it for a night. It turned out the room was clean, the AC was cold, and most importantly the bathroom was clean, the hot water was flowing. Drinking water was provided in the hallway, there was real hot and cold water, as for standard amenities, personal toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is close to everywhere, especially the Knarwa Night Market on weekends, the only downside is for people with disabilities, there is no elevator from the parking lot to the lobby so you have to climb quite a few stairs. Other than that, for travelers this hotel is very acceptable. Oh yes, there is water dripping from the AC, not much, but it can make the floor a bit slippery

The room is small. It feels cramped. When you enter, the door hits the cupboard. You can't even pass each other at the entrance. Even carrying a suitcase or carrying yourself is cramped. There are no towels or doormats. Once I called, a towel the size of a face towel was delivered. The phone call was answered. "That's all they have, about the laundry." Then they delivered one large towel, but I asked for a small one. I refused, but it was the same if I asked for one. The room isn't soundproof at all. If the door next door is opened, it's very audible. If the door next door isn't closed tightly, it beeps continuously. It's very noisy. Even a Christian, in my opinion, the prayer room facilities are inadequate. There's just an empty space next to the staff desk with a prayer rug. There's no divider between the guest lounge area, the staff desk, and the prayer room. It's a shame for those who want to pray. And in room 310, my nephew complained about why the bed was facing the Qibla (I don't really understand because I'm Christian). Hopefully, out of respect, this can be fixed.

The staff was quick to ask for tissues because they had run out of tissues.
