Sprei kotor, ada noda dan berpasir. Handuk gak bersih (diminta baru ada), di kamar mandi cuma ada sabun doang. Tidak seperti dulu waktu pertama berdiri, hotelnya bersih dan lengkap. Sekarang kotor. Sprei gak diganti karena saya liat ada noda kuning lebar seperti bekas pipis anak-anak.
