Spending my 2nd birthday staycation at Sutasoma Hotel was a great choice🥳💛. Everything inside the hotel is exactly like what they've advertised. And I think it's even better! Top notch services with friendly staffs. Literally only 2 mins from MRT blok a station, with many restaurant & cafe around. Nice touch of modern Javanese interior design. Fast WiFi for work & streaming, I was even able to upgrade my 2 gadgets OS at the same time. The best part is… their bedroom! Once you lied down, you would've wished to stay there forever 😂🤣. For me Sutasoma Hotel is definitely one of the best 4 stars hotel in Jakarta. I really wish to go back there sooner but it's often fullbooked now. No wonder why ya😆

The check-in process was a bit long, I was starting to get annoyed even though I had already given a note that I would be checking in early, chasing time for prayer breaks, because it would be busy starting at 3. Then I got the room, when I opened the refrigerator there was stale food, no wonder when I opened the door there was a strange smell. Okay, I reported it and when I wanted to perform ablution, the water wasn't flowing, until I was taught, I finally found out that the water in the shower wasn't flowing. But the staff immediately handled it and it turned out I immediately got a compliment to upgrade to a more spacious room, I thought that was all, suddenly the room was knocked on, ehhh got another compliment, a fruit bucket, quite attentive. But one more thing, it's not recommended for smokers like me!! There is no smoking room and restaurant with a smoking area, well, smoking has to go outside the hotel so far so good, respecting non-smokers
