The hotel staff is very friendly, and very helpful if there is a need... The breakfast has many menus and is made by mothers, just right for the palate... when tired of lying down, you can immediately go downstairs to shop, shopping places are right and left...
I've stayed here 3 times...

almost all rooms are smoking areas. indeed many rooms have cigarette ashtrays and the mattress is too soft or too firm. if it's for a room facing the palm tree it's more comfortable and noisy if it's facing the parking lot because there's a canopy so it's a bit noisy.

I had an unpleasant experience here. When checking in it was clear that the hotel charged a deposit of IDR 100,000, - but at check out time I asked for the deposit back. The staff even said that for every booking on Traveloka we don't ask for a deposit. I asked to speak to the staff who received me at check-in, the information was not available at the location. Then I asked to speak to the duty manager, the reason was he wasn't there. That's great for a 3 star class hotel. The deposit amount wasn't much, but the response to my question was what annoyed me. How can Traveloka collaborate with hotels like this?
