I've stayed here many times, and the rooms are actually okay, but yesterday it was a bit dusty.
I also had a room next door that was really noisy, like a crowd, and they were laughing really loudly until midnight, which was very disturbing. Last night, I also stayed here, and there was a group of teenagers running around screaming in the corridor after 9 PM. I complained, but no action was taken.

The service was very friendly, starting from check-in on Friday the 17th, and in the afternoon, we were greeted by friendly security guards, followed by the equally friendly front office. Initially, we only requested a birthday greeting for our child. It turned out that a cake was also provided in the room. And at breakfast, the team was even willing to help with a surprise. Thank you to everyone on duty, from security, front office, breakfast restaurant, and everyone else I can't mention individually, for the service at Swiss-Belinn Simatupang.

I've stayed here many times, and the rooms are actually okay, but yesterday it was a bit dusty.
I also had a room next door that was really noisy, like a crowd, and they were laughing really loudly until midnight, which was very disturbing. Last night, I also stayed here, and there was a group of teenagers running around screaming in the corridor after 9 PM. I complained, but no action was taken.

The service was very friendly, starting from check-in on Friday the 17th, and in the afternoon, we were greeted by friendly security guards, followed by the equally friendly front office. Initially, we only requested a birthday greeting for our child. It turned out that a cake was also provided in the room. And at breakfast, the team was even willing to help with a surprise. Thank you to everyone on duty, from security, front office, breakfast restaurant, and everyone else I can't mention individually, for the service at Swiss-Belinn Simatupang.
