Check-in was great. The reception was friendly and helpful with my ordering of grab food and transport the following day to the airport. First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available. I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. Wall with holes were patched up by stuffing tissue in. Toilet roll used. Used items from previous guests left in the room. The safe box is not working. Closet damaged. Be prepared to have a troop of mosquitoes welcoming you when you use the toilet in the morning. Good luck when staying there.

Great little beach hut. Really nice beach. During low tide it’s gets a little bit dirty, they need to make an effort to clean the beach. But mostly it’s really a nice beach. Good restaurant, goos food, staff could be a little more attentive. The beachfront hut was really nice, basic, clean awesome view. I’d stay there again. The front desk was very helpful, my friend didn’t come because she was sick and they refunded her room. It’s a really nice hotel, good beach, nice rooms!

We stayed in the area back in March, and we were lucky enough to stay in a cabin on the beach front. The rooms were clean and had a water cooler which was fabulous. The washroom was in a different building but that was fun. Food options for breakfast were good and dinner ok. The resort is not close to other eating options so the food was limited after a day or two. Great to walk up to the peak to view sunset. Staff were amazing and friendly. We had a boat trip booked around Komodo and the timing changed due to bad weather, the staff were amazing at rebooking us and accommodating our changes despite making a non refundable booking. Could not recommend more highly

The staff are friendly, but hotel facilities are not good enough. If we compare the price and facilities, we can say it's not worth it at all. Villa's doors need maintenance. It's very hard to open and close, no hair dryer, the capacity of the hot water machine is small, only supplying for 1 person. If 2 persons want to take a bath, the second person needs to wait until the hot water machine produces hot water. The refrigerator in the room is also not cold. The resort location is good for beach lovers. They have a clean, white sand beach at the back of the resort. It's like a private beach for the hotel and resort guests.

Sylvia has beach-facing villas…they are hardly 20 meters from the water, so the location is mouth-watering. The staff are helpful and friendly, maintenance is proactive. Hope you do better and keep up the good work. Accessibility is slightly less but that’s the price to pay for a great location.

At the beginning of my booking, I had already commented on OTA to request a pick-up..but I wasn't picked up..maybe it wasn't read in my OTA comment reservation 😁..the hotel has a good atmosphere..but it needs full maintenance here and there, maybe because of the limited staff so the service is mediocre. breakfast food refills are not fast enough so I have to wait again, maybe I'll come back again because of the limited staff. the pool needs treatment. overall it's worth the price..

Entering the room, 2 lights were off, the phone was off, the curtains were torn, the smell was bad as if it hadn't been taken care of, there were lots of spider webs in the bathroom, the shower didn't work, you could only use the rain shower. The position of the washbasin was hot in the morning because it was directly exposed to the sun. If something happened, it took a long time to call the hotel staff. The beach is nice, okay for swimming.

I stayed in a villa directly facing the sea. The room is nice and has a strategic position, but because the bathroom is semi-outdoor, it is a bit uncomfortable and prone to being disturbed by wild animals which can climb through trees. It is best to make the bathroom completely closed so that it is more private and safe.

We paid Rp. 1.900.000 per night (about USD 150) but there was no shampoo nor soap in the bathroom to shower. There were 2 dispenser on the wall but they were empty. We called the front desk to let them know and asked for housekeeping to refill them. They said: “oh, we don’t refill them anymore”. We also asked for a hairdryer, they said some one would bring it over but nobody ever showed up. We called again, another person said they only had 1 hairdryer and someone was using them. The bathroom had bugs crawling all over the floor. The room had a few small holes and gaps on the wall, access for mosquitoes to come in. Note to owner / management: I suspect the restaurant staff were dishonest. I ordered drinks/snacks one evening and when I was trying to pay with credit card, the staff said the credit card machine was not working and I had to pay cash. When I did, the staff got me change from her pocket instead of from the cash register. The bill was for Rp. 467.000. Then the following morning at breakfast, I had 2 friends with me as my guest for breakfast which I had to pay extra for. They said it costs Rp. 120.000 for 2, they took the money and said there’s no need for receipt for breakfast. At the time I didn’t think anything of it, but when I put the 2 events together, I became suspicious that they took he money for themselves. I do not recommend this hotel. If you do stay here, bring your own shampoo, soap, hairdryer.

They don't have bathtub. Bathroom has only shower so giving my little daughter a shower was a struggle. The amenities were also incomplete. No telephone (so I have to use my own mobile phone to call front office), no bathrobes, no tissue (really? For a room costs 1.4mil/night?), only 1 pair of used slippers, and warm fridge (the technician fixed it eventually). Oh, and if you need extra bed, they will give you 2 mattresses from sunbed for free with a bedsheet. But, if you need extra duvet/blanket, they'll charge you 200k idr. The good side is, it has small pool which suitable for children and the beach is clean. Breakfast also had plenty of choices although they tasted so so.

I reserved 3 villa room for a night at this hotel. 2 other room was fine. But for one room, the room was so hot even though we already turn on the AC for 3 hours. I asked the hotel staff to fix it but he couldn't fix it either. and for the breakfast, I went to the breakfast place at 9.00am and they run out almost all the food. how disappointed, where the place and the view was so beautiful
