The staff is friendly and very helpful when I need help, without additional costs too. The room is very comfortable, the mattress is soft and there is a lounge chair for watching TV. The refrigerator in the room is very helpful because I have a baby with me, really useful for storing baby food. Thank you The Capital 😊.

The service was very good, the staff were very friendly, the room was quite spacious and clean, unfortunately there was something that really bothered me during my stay. I booked a deluxe double room, the room was not soundproof, in fact, voices from other rooms and footsteps from outside the room were clearly audible. At dawn, someone tried to open my room until the doorknob sign fell to the floor, this happened repeatedly after 12 o'clock during my 2-day stay. Luckily, I always used a door guard. I'm just worried that there are strangers trying to get into other rooms too.
