The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist & the restaurant hostess. Their service was excellent, starting from the check-in process. We got a refreshing welcome drink and also night snacks at the restaurant. Great ambiance, the service, facility & the meal also delicious. Definitely will come back with my family.

Hotel yang sangat recommended buat liburan keluarga, fasilitas lengkap buat bapaknya ada pemancingan, buat anak-anak ada kolam renang yang super besar, buat jogging halamannya luas, buat foto IG keren abis, staff-nya ramah semua dari security sampai dengan front office dan staff restaurant-nya semua cepat tanggap. Keren abis deh pokoknya, unexpected, saya pikir hanya hotel sejenis resort yang pelayanan-nya biasa aja ternyata semua di luar ekspektasi. Top banget. Buat yang mau pesan hotel di sini jangan ragu.

Dari awal confirm booking dibantu Mbak Fenny oke banget, sampai hotel welcome drink sama snack-nya juga enak banget dilanjut acara tahun baru yang free cemilan-cemilan lalu breakfast-nya enak loh, sudah 3x tahun baru di sini, kamarnya bersih staff-nya juga ramah sampai ke bapak security juga ramah banget, swimming pool-nya juga ada kolam air hangat, good job Cipaku terima kasih untuk awal tahun yang berkesan.

It was a trial at first, but I quickly became addicted. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and the bathroom is spacious and complete with a bathtub. There's a smoking area on the balcony. The mattress is solid, and there's private parking. The TV is a smart TV, and there's a gym and swimming pools for both adults and children. It's really cool and comfortable. Highly recommended, guys.

It's cool to see the view from the hotel window (if you get a room in the left row). Listen to the sound of the river and birds, the concept is truly one with nature, suitable for Jakartans who want to find peace, release stress and slow living. In the evening, you get free snack time like sekoteng, grilled banana, etc., it's fun to chat in the restaurant while snacking at night. Smart TV, hot water, etc. are okay. No AC but the night is cool. The downside is if you want to go to the swimming pool, you have to go out and join the public & people who are taking swimming lessons, this is what makes it feel like it's not a vacation. But so far it's worth to try. One day I'll come here again.

For the children's breakfast menu, hopefully it will be improved, not all ready-to-eat food, there are other options, the menu list will be changed immediately because the prices listed on the list are different when paid.

Those who are looking for a natural atmosphere but not far from the city & there are activities for children, this hotel is suitable for families. The atmosphere & environment need not be doubted anymore, beautiful, cool & spacious. Given evening snacks in the garden. The downside is that the telephone & WiFi in the room cannot be used. There is no hair dryer & room tissue. The swimming pool is mixed with the public so it is crowded, not private. Oh yes 1 more, ordering food at the restaurant is too expensive.

Took 2 rooms, it turned out they were in the lower gutter, the room position also had no AC, of course the room was damp, the pillows & mattresses smelled of mold and the atmosphere at night was like joining a fun party. Finally stayed up until morning
