The check-in was smooth and I was given an upgrade to a suite which was huge and provided spaces I didn't necessarily need but wouldn't refuse to have. It was quite a big hotel and taking about 5 minutes walk to my room. The beach was within walking distance and conveniently surrounded with many options of stores. I planned to stay for one night, but since it was so enjoyable, I decided to stay one more night which was a no-brainer decision to make.

We got upgraded to a suite for free! Thanks to all the Haven staff, we had such a very pleasant stay for our honeymoon.

we booked 3 pool view rooms, but when we checked in, they upgrade the room into suite type (2 bedrooms and 1 living room), in which we did not expect that. especially on new year eve. the room was spacious and clean. the bed and pillow were comfortable we hardly woke up. just wanna lay there all day long. the only "minus" part was we need to ask for bath towel since it was not available in the bathroom. the breakfast food was limited to 2 set menu. the taste: "American" breakfast was good but the Indonesian breakfast (nasi goreng) was already cold. overall, we enjoyed staying there.

hotel staff, very satisfying service, I just don't like the hotel room there is no shower facility for bathing, there is only a bathtub And to get out of the bathtub there is still a stainless steel bench but the bench is wobbly, as a person over 40 years old feels uncomfortable.

Really nice hotel and staff. Only the guys at the little desk when you come and go are very annoying with their “you need transport, where you go” x 3 times every time you come and go 🤨.
