When looking for a hotel, it must be close to a busy place so we don't have to worry, there are officers on duty 24 hours, every time a guest comes in and out they are always greeted... Thank you, Sis Vina, for your excellent service. You were willing to help me leave my motorbike with the rental person, the helmet might have been borrowed by another hotel guest but you wanted to help me return it to the rental person. Thank you for helping me carry my suitcase to the car. Next time I go on holiday to Bali, this is the hotel I will go to❤️❤️

Unfortunately, when I was there, the hotel was under renovation, so I couldn't swim. So far, the crew service is very friendly. Unfortunately, if we call an online taxi, it's really difficult because the hotel is located in a small alley. So, I have to walk to the end of the alley (main road) so I can be picked up

Stayed for 4 nights, the room was not cleaned at all and the sheets were not changed. When checking in, we were told that there was no TV, they only said that the swimming pool was being renovated. The staff were friendly but did not help carry customer's belongings and we had to go upstairs using the stairs.

got room no 204, Traveloka should have probably stated that there was a renovation going on... I just got the renovation info after I booked... I thought it wouldn't be too disturbing, but it turns out the room was right in the place that was being renovated, if it was for a girl it would definitely be uncomfortable because even though it was covered with curtains, the workers were all guys... it was kind of annoying... wifi was okay, the room was quite clean, TV couldn't be used at all, the bathroom smelled like something was dripping from above, location was okay

So sad, I deliberately chose a room with a pool view. When I got there, it turned out to be under renovation. The front of the room was covered with plywood. Even though my child was excited to swim. There was no notification. Bad experience. The slightly fat receptionist was kind and very friendly.

staff very friendly, it mention online they have swimming pool but under renovation, and without confirmation, since its on under renovation, so quite dusty and dirty, room a bit damp, has not been re paint for awhile

Staff are all friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at is clean and although the pool area is under renovation, the whole place is well maintained. No pests and smells good. We we're as excited to go back to our hotel after an exhausting tour, thank you for making our vacation memorable and stress free, kubu hotel.
