Super nice and helpful services! Allowed us to do check in earlier and brought our stuffs to the room. Nice and clean room, beautiful bathroom. Nice rooftop restaurant and pool with beachfront view, perfect!

No hot water we should get the room with view but we got first floor room and it’s not value for our money

Close to Kuta Beach, just cross the road, it's also comfortable, coincidentally I brought a toddler, really enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach in the morning.

Check in service is ok. Room size is ok. Facilities are ok. Breakfast is ok. Room cleaning service is not good, the room was cleaned, but towels were not given. So there were no towels, we had to call first before new towels were delivered. And the name on the welcome card was wrong! It was not written as our name as a guest but someone else's name and that was very unpleasant.

You still need to walk across the crowded road to the beach. The picture on the profile of the hotel is a bit tricky as if the hotel area is directly attached to the beach, but it is not. The traffic anytime you need to go back to the hotel is a big problem due to the crowded road surrounding it.

Hotel overall was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I came too early but still manage to enter the room earlier than check-in time. Only for room pool it is to shallow and no information about it when booked it, or maybe i was not check properly. Food was OK with various options, local, indian and western food. Kuta beach now not that nice, but night life still same like old days.

The location is very strategic, right in front of the beach, so just cross over. Although the building looks old, the rooms are newly renovated so they are more comfortable and modern. The room size is very adequate, with two sinks. There is tea and coffee available all day for hotel guests. The rooftop pool is great for watching the sunset.
