Nice, comfortable. Check-in was easy, fast, and friendly. The staff were all friendly, alert, and efficient. There's a children's play area. The pool is great. The rooms are clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is located next to a mall, but still offers privacy. The building is separate, so the hotel maintains a quiet atmosphere. The basement parking is spacious enough for those with larger cars.

After a long time, staying here again. Because there is an event at the mall... So far so good, comfortable to stay here, close to the mall, clean, tidy, friendly staff.. Just a little surprised, why the mineral water in the suite room uses a refillable bottle.. I thought there was a change, it turns out when I asked my sister's room which is also a suite, the mineral water bottle is different... Maybe the towels also need to be checked, so that the color remains white and not thin... Thank you 🙏

I was very happy because the hotel was comfortable and there was a Timezone promo that was quite good compared to buying directly. The facilities were quite complete. For the Depok area, this is very good. All transportation is very easy here. All the service is good. The breakfast menu is quite varied, only one or two dishes tasted a bit off. Especially the pasta was bland. But the other menu was very good. The pastries in the cafe were also delicious. Oh yeah, the swimming pool is clean. Awesome.
