We stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was truly a pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. We also had the chance to dine at the rooftop restaurant, and we loved the food. The flavors were great, and the prices were still reasonable. Everything was great, and we appreciate the excellent service from your team. Just a small suggestion, perhaps adding some slow background music in the pool area would enhance the relaxing atmosphere even more. Thank you! Looking forward to our next visit!

It was amazing experience to stay in this hotel. big rooms, full of features (it even have Bluetooth speaker), I've got a room which located in the front of a swamp, nice view. even more beautiful when I also got honeymoon's treat in my room. Muslim friendly: Qiblat direction, bidet spray, no pork meal. If they add faucet at shower area, it would be perfect 😊. The breakfast was good but regular coffee they served was bad. You have to make extra payment to get a better coffee from machine. At night, an unpleasant smell appears from nowhere, while the smell disappears in the morning and afternoon. That 's why I gave only 2 point for room.

We stayed at The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua for 2 days during my family's New Year Eve Holiday. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍.

From the moment you entered, the service was very good and polite. The rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious. But disappointed when I wanted to check out. The guys who brought the trolley weren't careful when carrying our things. Until my favorite Dior perfume broke with my bro. And irresponsible. In fact, I threw it at the other guy to bring my stuff back. He found out when he was about to put his clothes in his bag. Until the clothes bag is all wet and smells good. When I checked my make-up bag, it turned out that the perfume was broken. The ending is very unpleasant. Very very disappointed.

Alhamdulillah for a great experience, my wife is very happy and surprised because of the hotel concept and extraordinary comfort at an affordable price in the Nusa Dua area. The location is also right near toll road access to the airport & Kuta. The hotel is also adjacent to the ITDC elite area so the environment around is very clean, the roads are nice & wide, not noisy and not crowded with other residents' houses/buildings. This hotel is unique, because it has 5 views when we are on the rooftop/ pool area. On the opposite side there is an artificial lake with mangrove trees, on the right side there are lots of mountains and also the open sea, on the left side we can see GWK from afar, and behind the hotel there are lots of trees, the ITDC elite complex and the high seas. 👏🏻. Apart from that, the service is extraordinary, all the staff are friendly, especially the security is friendly and fun. Highly recommend for those of you who need a 'real' holiday in peace. This year I want to stay at The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua again, mainly because I'm still curious to chill while watching the sunset on the rooftop. Always success The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua. 💙

Check out must be at 12 o'clock in the middle, just a little more can't be. A la carte breakfast with 5 menu choices and the same every day. Each person can only choose 1 breakfast menu. Just found this hotel, it's deserved to be quiet every breakfast.

We need to clarify that we provide late check out until 12.30 pm in one of the two rooms that you ordered, because our hotel occupancy was full at that time and our staff called to your room to offer help moving to the other room for late check out until 12.30.
For breakfast we still provide a la carte and not all guests who book rooms include breakfast benefits in it.
We are happy to inform you that our breakfast menu has increased to 9 items and hopefully we will have another opportunity to welcome and serve you and your family again at our hotel. Thank you and good health always.

Breakfast ala carte with the same menu every day and can only choose 1 menu for 1 person. This is not suitable as a 4 star hotel. When you check out, at 12 o'clock, you have to rush out. Asked for 30 minutes to fix it, it wasn't given. Highly not recommended.

Alhamdulillah for a great experience, my wife is very happy and surprised because of the hotel concept and extraordinary comfort at an affordable price in the Nusa Dua area. The location is also right near toll road access to the airport & Kuta. The hotel is also adjacent to the ITDC elite area so the environment around is very clean, the roads are nice & wide, not noisy and not crowded with other residents' houses/buildings. This hotel is unique, because it has 5 views when we are on the rooftop/ pool area. On the opposite side there is an artificial lake with mangrove trees, on the right side there are lots of mountains and also the open sea, on the left side we can see GWK from afar, and behind the hotel there are lots of trees, the ITDC elite complex and the high seas. 👏🏻. Apart from that, the service is extraordinary, all the staff are friendly, especially the security is friendly and fun. Highly recommend for those of you who need a 'real' holiday in peace. This year I want to stay at The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua again, mainly because I'm still curious to chill while watching the sunset on the rooftop. Always success The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua. 💙

Check out must be at 12 o'clock in the middle, just a little more can't be. A la carte breakfast with 5 menu choices and the same every day. Each person can only choose 1 breakfast menu. Just found this hotel, it's deserved to be quiet every breakfast.

We need to clarify that we provide late check out until 12.30 pm in one of the two rooms that you ordered, because our hotel occupancy was full at that time and our staff called to your room to offer help moving to the other room for late check out until 12.30.
For breakfast we still provide a la carte and not all guests who book rooms include breakfast benefits in it.
We are happy to inform you that our breakfast menu has increased to 9 items and hopefully we will have another opportunity to welcome and serve you and your family again at our hotel. Thank you and good health always.

Breakfast ala carte with the same menu every day and can only choose 1 menu for 1 person. This is not suitable as a 4 star hotel. When you check out, at 12 o'clock, you have to rush out. Asked for 30 minutes to fix it, it wasn't given. Highly not recommended.
