Always a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly yet very respectful and accommodating. I used the 24/7 Fitness Center where there is a sufficient number of quality treadmills to use, very convenient. The room is well appointed, bottled water always replenished, and the butler service excellent.

The room interior is simple, elegant, and spacious. The butler service was excellent. The highlight of my stay was the food. The food quality was top-notch. Even for a simple dish such as Lumpia Semarang, they were able to create a delightful (and creative) dish. It was my first time also to taste Rendang Iga Palembang and it was very nice. For the breakfast buffet, you can ask for an ala carte dish from their breakfast menu and it was great.

Amazing stay in St Regis! I think 5 stars is underrated, they deserve 6 stars from me! Amazing interiors, super kids friendly, luxury in every corner. The breakfast variations is totally splendid! The chef himself always greet us when we had our breakfast. Definitely will come back in the future ❤

There is a bed bugs in the room, I am booked for 3 nights but left after 2 nights as my legs are all bitten by bed bugs 😭😂🥶

Overall good, except that the waiters in the noodle section of the restaurant can be taught to be more polite in serving customers. Second time staying at this hotel but the waiter's behavior was still the same. A bit disappointing for a hotel like the St Regis.
