breakfast is not a buffet system but according to the menu available so for those who have limited food ingredients it is better to use non-breakfast. because the climate of Ubud is cold and humid, it takes more effort to dry the sheets - blankets - pillows until they are completely dry so that they don't itch on the body... then for 1 room it can only be used by 2 people if you bring children you have to add a fee

The atmosphere is very calm, the hotel staff is very friendly, free welcome drink and afternoon tea + snacks. In addition, there is a traditional Balinese dance performance during dinner time. All breakfast and dinner foods are very delicious and varied.

The best experience I stayed. The suites are beautifully designed and quite comfortable. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful

I tried the heavenly suite type, beautiful view, very large bathtub, only there were quite a lot of ants around the room. Got a welcome drink when you arrived and was given a splash of blessed water, given Frangipani flowers and rice placed on your forehead and neck (you can refuse if you don't like it, the staff will ask first) Breakfast ala carte, we also got afternoon tea, because it was far away so we tried dinner there, the food tasted quite delicious, the price is also standard Bali. The pool is not too big, especially the kids pool is very mini. But it's okay

On the first night I got a room on the ground floor with a garden view, where this garden is the main access for people to go anywhere so I didn't get any privacy at all. I complained because the room I ordered was a Granady suite that did not match the description on their website at all and they moved me to a pool view room on the 2nd floor. I am very grateful for this. However, several other things that concern me are that it takes a long time for hot water to come out in the shower and also the water that comes out of the toilet jet shower is small. The AC in the room I stayed in was 2PK which was too big for my room so I didn't sleep comfortably with the air being too cold when I turned on the AC but hot when I didn't turn it on. The sleeping pillows are really thin, not like a 4 star hotel.

Pluses: Rooms are pretty clean, not too big. The recommended breakfast is CROISSANT, DANISH so yummy, and the fried noodles are pretty good too. Friendly Staff. There is a balcony for sitting or drying towels. Minuses: No elevator. Wifi is not good. The sink drain is clogged. Breakfast menu is not so much. Swimming pool is not that big. If there is live music at night, it can be heard in the room.

The staff are really helpful when we check in, their welcomes us with heart, their tell us to take the rest at hotel lounge and give us a welcome drink until the room ready. Great lounge my wife so happy with the lounge, the restaurant staff Ms. Ari really helpful, my wife want to stay again at this place when back to ubud area. Note: clean the kids pool please.

Went there for family vacation with my little girl. We did have a very pleasant stay. We got our room upgraded since the one we reserved had been fully occupied, definitely out of my expectation-heavenly suite just awesome. The room is spacious with rice field view at the balcony. It is also bathtub outside which is just great. So quite and peaceful, good for those who really wants to rest. All staffs were friendly and helpful. It was nice that they make up our room and change the sheet/bed cover twice, during the day and evening when we're ready for bed. The food was great. Breakfast was not buffet but still good. We had a very best dinner with live music and cultural presentation (balinese dance). Thank you Sun Heaven!

Nice ambience & room, yummy brrakfast, great & friendly service. The hotel near paddy field & green forest. Have fresh air its nice play to stay for break from works. The things need to improve is it takes time for hot water but its still work. And you need to have great driving skill to reach the hotel.

The rooms are nice and clean, there are only insects because in the middle of the rice fields, the swimming pool is nice and clean, the toilets are also clean, the food is pretty good, the view is good when the rice fields are green, the service is really friendly, thanks.

The location is far inside but unfortunately there is no interesting view from the room. For a hotel surrounded by rice fields, it's a shame why the lobby is made facing another room. But if we go to the gazebo and restaurant, the view that is served is really good. The staff is very friendly and this is a new hotel so all the facilities are clean and well maintained. The road to the hotel should be casted and provide a canopy in the entrance lobby and parking lot.

The front desk and all staff was awesome! They escort you from you arrived until you leave. They were really nice and so helpful. I was stay one night in capung villa. So clean but there was so much fly in capung villa cause the horse stable right next to our villa. But it was fine for my family because the atmoshpere of this villa was AWESOME! I will be back here when I visit bali soon.
