I stayed for two nights with my family. The room was comfortable and clean. If you’re bringing a baby, you can also request a baby bathtub, I only found out about it on the second day. The food was delicious, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Mba Septiana. Upon check-out, I was a bit overwhelmed because I was carrying my baby, but one of the staff, Sabrina, kindly helped me with my belongings and that meant a lot to me. It was a truly memorable stay.

Back to this hotel again, and stay for 2 night here, due to lot of even in Jogja, the hotel quite crowded, but still they can manage their service with their helpfull staff, but in the 2nd day they just forgot to drop us mineral water and clean the room during our city strollin, however after we called they directly send us mineral water and offering to clean the room.

Thank you to the staff at the reception, security, bellboys, restaurant staff, and also the photographers at Loft Moment. I brought my 1.5-year-old toddler and was greatly helped by the friendliness and responsiveness of all the staff. It was truly impressive, especially since he was so active. It was raining during our stay, but it didn't detract from the comfort of the hotel. There's no telephone in the room, so if you need anything, you can order via WhatsApp. Don't worry, the WhatsApp admin is fast and responsive. You'll be picked up and dropped off at your room using a golf cart. If you order food or supplies using an online motorcycle taxi (ojek), they'll also deliver it to your room (I had a stomach ache at 3 a.m., so I ordered medicine via an online motorcycle taxi and the hotel staff delivered it to my room). The breakfast menu is varied, with many traditional dishes and herbal drinks. I happened to book a room facing the river. It turned out there were fish, so my child could still feed them in front of the room. Oh, and I also got a free bag of fish food upon check-in. If you want to buy more to feed the fish in the pond, you can do so at the restaurant (I forgot whether the price per person was 5,000 or 10,000). There's a 50,000 rupiah deposit upon check-in. I'd like to stay again next summer so I can try out all the facilities.
