The location is very good but the check in process was very long, I waited almost an hour and I also ordered a double bed but they said they had sold out of single beds and the AC in the room was not cold and I stayed for 2 nights and the last night I just moved to a double bed room.

Sorry, but I have to be honest. I don't think the sheets were changed. There were lots of yellow and blackish stains on them. It was my mother-in-law's first time moving in. The sheets were in a used condition.

The mattress backdrop, bed sheets, blankets, pillows were all dirty, full of yellow spots, mites, and a musty smell. The cleanliness needs to be looked into again. The bathroom was very dirty and smelled bad. 🥹 The smell of the room and the musty toilet was so disturbing that I ended up buying my own room perfume. The atmosphere was very noisy in other rooms, like a flat. There is indeed a price for quality, but for that price, there are many other accommodations that are much cleaner and proper, thanks. Hopefully it can be better in the future

I was delayed when checking in by the receptionist staff on November 11, 2025. My name was called but the person who was served was someone behind me. Then I got angry and complained. Strangely, the female receptionist didn't apologize to me. I was a bit annoyed, so I took the key card and went up to the room, took a shower, and checked out. I was only in the room for about 2 hours.

The reviews on TikTok were all good when I was there, my goodness, the room was really dirty, the sheets were full of stains, the bathroom had no hot water, the room was dirty, the water in the gallon was also dirty 🤬🤬

Extremely uncomfortable. Starting with check-in, I had to wait four hours. I felt like it was pointless to book and pay online, only to have the money entered upon arrival. The sheets, blanket, and towels were dirty. They didn't seem to have been replaced. This hotel is highly not recommended for a stay.

The hotel was very disappointing, the sheets were dirty and had lots of blood stains. They asked for them to change them, but they didn't change them, they only mopped the floor and even then, they only mopped the path. For that price, it was really bad.
