The hotel manager (middle age woman) is very disrespectfull to us. She cant even smile to us during check in, no greetings, and show us a very bad attitude during our stay.When we are checking out, she said please do not bring the towel(accused us like we are some kind of a thieves).This is the worst hospitality attitude we have ever seen.the room is bad as well, you can hear the footsteps from the upstairs loud and clear.we booked room with a tv and there is no tv inside..Overall we will never stay there again even for free..worst staff attitude..pathetic..!

I stay here just for 1 night exp, if this hotels have more prepared for a guest I thinks this hotel can be amazing, but after I just arrive at this hotels and going to our room I don't know but I smells somthin wierd but its okay because owner have to check it for us and try to do somethin. but I have a big red note for the employee, this guy have no attitude at this job I thinks, he absolutly do not have a good attitude, and its will be okay if he have to do some attitude training first!

The exact address is Jalan Puri Bendesa Mumbul. When compared to the economical price, the facilities obtained are quite complete: welcoming drinks, towels, refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water, clean toilets, comfortable and clean beds, TV (national channel), clean swimming pool. Only the cleanliness of the room floor and the outside environment of the room that needs to be improved, needs to be swept and mopped more frequently. The lobby is awake 24 hours, so it's safe. The view is captivating, natural and calm, bird sounds can be heard freely throughout the morning until noon. OK for those who want to get a peaceful and quiet vacation.
