Ex bangunan hotel bintang yang cukup bagus dengan gaya romawi. Tapi sayang perawatan kurang. Banyak bangunan yang rusak dibiarkan. Kolam renang cukup bersih dan oke. Parkiran juga cukup. Cari tempat makan di luar hotel juga ada walaupun harga agak over. Ada tempat souvenir juga dan lapangan untuk acara-acara. Bathub dan air panas jalan ada walaupun kurang bersih dan westafel kelihatan agak rusak. Minus: 1. Handuk dan keset kamar mandi harus diminta dulu baru dikasih. 2. Kloset rusak, air mengalir terus seharian. Sudah dikomplain dan diinfokan tidak bisa diperbaiki. 3. Dijanjikan akan dikirim air mineral ternyata tidak dikirim. 4. AC awal bunyi agak keras, sekitar 15 menit baru berhenti.

Keadaan hotel cukup bersih. Namun, saat di toilet tidak semua berfungsi dengan baik. Dan kondisi televisi yang sudah mulai tua menyebabkan tidak semua channel tersedia, juga tidak terlalu kedap suara karena dari kamar saya masih agak terdengar aktivitas dari kamar sebelah.

Banyak cerita dibalik pengalaman saya menginap di sini, saya senang bisa menginap di sini suasananya tenang dan tempatnya mengingatkan kita di jaman Romawi gitu banyak patung patung dewa, tamannya juga luas, ada kolam renangnya juga, waktu itu saya dapat kamar dekat receptionis dan view pemandangan di balkon kamar saya bagus banget. Romantis deh. Tempat parkirnya juga luas, cuma ada barang-barang yang emang mungkin udah terlalu lama jadi kurang terawat.

10 tahun lalu memang hotel ini lumayan bagus di daerah Tretes, 11 12 dengan hotel lainnya tapi sekarang parah banget hotelnya, tidak ada peremajaan sama sekali. Hotel sangat tidak terawat, kotor.

Kamarnya minim lampu. Lampu tidur yang ada di kanan kiri bed tidak berfungsi padahal ada lampunya. Kamar mandi ada kecoa dan atapnya bolong. Untuk air panas juga tidak ada padahal udah nunggu lama kirain bakal keluar. Ternyata enggak. Kasur juga bunyi-bunyi barang yang ada masih pake barang lama dan agak menakutkan tempatnya. Cuma so far its oke sih daripada waktu itu ga nemu hotel yang kosong. Thank you.
