After more than 5 years, finally staying at this hotel again. All the services are satisfactory, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, and of course the view from the room's balcony which is full of ocean really makes the family holiday even more memorable. Peraturan yang tidak masuk akal. Saya membawa 2 anak. Umur 4 dan 12. Anak umur 12 dikenakan biaya tambahan 350rb/orang dan orangtua saya 1 dikenakan juga. Hotel memberikan discount untuk 1 orang dan tetap dikenakan charge 1 orang. Ditambah ass manager mengatakan peraturan semua hotel bintang 5 seperti itu. Saya sering menginap di hotel bintang 5 dan baru kali ini ada kejadian tersebut. Tolong dijabarkan didepan terkait peraturan tersebut kami sbgai customer tidak akan terkena jebakan.

First impression about this hotel I was like? Serius ini di Nusa Dua? Wah salah satu hotel terbaik pinggir tebing dengan private beach yang bagus sekali. Untuk kamar kita menginap di type kamar suite menghadap ke laut, dan luas sekali. View juga bagus, tapi untuk room terlihat interiornya sudah lama yah but overall oke! Dan untuk breakfast nya menurut saya kurang dari segi rasa dan variantnya, mungkin lebih di tingkatkan lagi ya.

Everything is good, if you go to Bali, always stay at Ulu Segara, please clean the sofa more, it smells a bit musty 🙏The pillows on the cloth sofa have to be washed often so they smell good🙏

The hotel is very comfortable, the facilities provided are very attractive, the rooms are spacious, clean and the view is very beautiful. The only thing lacking is the service via WhatsApp, both the receptionist and the sales manager, being asked to provide a cake for a certain event seems very difficult. Shower and sink water tastes a bit salty. Other hotel staff are friendly, the bellboy/buggyboy is really friendly. If you are looking for a quiet hotel in Nusa Dua, this is the right choice.

Check-in is easy and fast, a buggy is delivered to the room because it is quite far from the lobby and buggy service is available 24 hours, if you want to order food online, it will also be delivered to your room. The room is very spacious, the air conditioner is cold, the facilities are also complete, there is a microwave, good enough for simple cooking, everything in the mini bar is also free, you can get lots of soft drinks, toiletries are also complete, hot and cold shower works well, balcony view it's so pretty. Ocean front is very relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves is really suitable for a honeymoon, if you want to be upset in the bathtub, you can also get a sea view which is really cool, so you feel comfortable soaking. There are also many TV channels with Netflix and Prime Video. Not going anywhere, playing at the resort isn't boring either because underneath the resort there is its own beach which feels like a private beach because it's very quiet, there are also free activities from the hotel like canoeing, cycling & snorkeling but you have to book from 1 day before if you want to use it. No deposit upon needed check-in, the staff are all really friendly, feel so welcome. It's just that maybe the breakfast variation I expect is more than that for the resort level. But overall I really enjoyed the stay and will be back one day. Thanks UluSegara :)

Menginap di Ulu Segara sangat menyenangkan sekali! Pelayanannya sangat ramah, terutama Bli yang mengantar kami ramah sekali dan selalu ceria. Fasilitas kamar luar biasa, saya pilih kamar paling atas dan view menghadap pantai, cantik sekali. Ruangannya sangat indah, vibes romantisnya terasa sekali. Makanannya lezat, terutama makanan favorit saya mashed potatonya enak banget! Minus tidak bisa dinner ala ala di outdoor dekat teras karena angin yang kencang dan ada beberapa monyet liar. Overall senang sekali menginap di Ulu Segara, betah! Ingin kembali lagi kesini! 🥰❤️.

Stay 4d3n bersama keluarga. Harga sangat terjangkau dibandingkan hotel lain di sekitarnya, tapi fasilitas dan ocean viewnya juara. Semua oke banget dan akan balik lagi kesini kalau nanti berkunjung ke Bali. Minusnya di sarapan yang rasanya standar dan tidak ada swimming pool khusus anak. Pantainya berbatu jadi kurang cocok untuk area bermain anak.

Kamarnya besar, hadap laut, ada kitchen dan meja, interior mewah, view sangat bagus. Kolam renang bersih dan bagus, bisa turun ke pantai dan pantainya sangat bagus buat foto-foto karena ada batu-batu besar. Pelayanan sangat baik, check in cepat dan petugasnya ramah-ramah semua, kekurangannya air agak asin mungkin karena sangat dekat dengan pantai.
