Friendly, comfortable, steady, and clean

The staff is friendly. But the hotel is incredibly dirty. There are bird feathers on the bed, not just feathers, and the hotel area smells. If it were clean, it wouldn't be a big deal. The price is very reasonable. It's a shame the hotel is left like that.

Horrible! Dirty and smelly! The cleanliness is terrible, especially the toilet. I just checked in for a few minutes and checked out immediately. 🤮

The worst hotel ever! Check in at 5 pm check out at 6.30 pm. I booked 2 rooms at this hotel because it was close to my workplace and all other hotels were fully booked. When I entered the room, it felt very dirty. The bathroom was slippery, the toilet seat was dirty, there were no towels, the mattress was not given a sheet. My husband immediately went down to ask the hotel staff, then he was given a towel. What made me angry was that the hotel staff said "it was already on a sheet, even though there was only a mattress pad and blanket" they thought we were stupid guests. Finally I went down and complained about it, the receptionist did not apologize, showed a stubborn face and did not accept the complaint. By saying "it wasn't me", as a customer, how would I know, those who work are the ones I complained to. FYI while I was complaining there was another guest who experienced the same thing, just checked in but the room had not been cleaned. The receptionist was angry and did not accept my complaint and said that I was also staying at this hotel with a very unfriendly face. Finally another officer came to my room and cleaned the room, and put a sheet on the mattress. Because I felt unsafe, the receptionist also lives in the hotel, and the room has no additional lock inside. I decided to leave the hotel room and take a deposit of 100,000. Will never come here again!

Free snacks and coffee or tea even if you don't pay for breakfast. For management, please have more housekeeping to speed up your work, especially on the weekend. Thank you.

Worth it banget, kamar luas, tempat tidur untuk family room 1 double bed dan 1 single bed, dengan kasur yang cukup nyaman bersih 👍 recommended.
