Staff are kind, accommodating, and courteous. Welcoming guests with charming smiles and polite gestures. Pak Heru is very attentive, knowing our need for 3 baggage so he put us in a ground floor room. Thumbs up. This hotel has very good ventilation, is close to malls and Alfamart. All facilities including a fridge to store fruits, and also the cleaner sanitizes and cleans all properly. A must-stay place when visiting and exploring Puri Kembangan. Thank you for the good hospitality, we are happy to stay here.

The room layout is good, it even inspired my room later. But the wifi is not stable and the water from the shower is not strong enough. Overall ok, the stairs also look sturdy and safe. If I go to West Jakarta, I want to come here again. For bookings on the app, maybe breakfast can be added. Thank you.

Staycation here is quite comfortable and at home. I ordered a deluxe room and got room number 204, after checking in but the receptionist was kind enough to give me a mezzanine room type. The parking lot is quite spacious for motorbikes and cars. The bedroom is also OK, the air conditioner is cold, the water heater also works. It's good, it's not disappointing. 🥰😇

I've stayed here twice, the room is comfortable, the environment is quiet, but the second time I stayed there the wifi was problematic even though the first time it was really fast. I complained but it was ignored.. hopefully the wifi will be fixed

This is really bad, this is a scam, I booked this hotel on Traveloka, but when I got there they said the rooms were full, then they relocated me to RedDoorz near Puri, which has a worse price and hotel rate! I booked 2 rooms at a price of almost a million but I got a room that looked like a boarding house! Don't book here, don't trust Traveloka's rates!
