The staff were very nice and friendly, the room was clean, spacious, and fragrant, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was fast, the staff were all great, and the price was very pocket-friendly, next time I go to Madiun I will stay here again.

I ordered a room with a bathtub, when I checked in, there was still stagnant water in the bathtub and there were hair stains that hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom floor was wet and slippery even though I hadn't used it at all, the bed cover and sheets looked like they hadn't been washed, especially the bed cover smelled.
