Staff: Super friendly, always greeting you in the basement, lobby, hallway, and restaurant. Everyone is friendly. The basement parking is nice and tidy. I've been late for breakfast and even been called to remind me to eat breakfast. Very affordable. I've been to Bandung five times and always stay here. It's more comfortable and highly recommended. I've stayed at other hotels, some for around 1 million rupiah a night, but I highly recommend this hotel for all the services and rooms.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the location is strategic, the hotel atmosphere is calm, not noisy even when there are many guests staying at the hotel. I often stay here and can stay for days just to swim. The pool is always quiet in the afternoon, so it's nice for swimming. Next time I will definitely stay here again. Thank You V Hotel

I booked two rooms and requested connecting doors during check-in. I got rooms 218 and 220, if I remember correctly. There wasn't a smart TV, but the cable TV was enough to entertain the kids. Overall, I was satisfied. Cleanliness, comfort, security, food, etc., were top-notch. Note: Check-in was quite strict, at 2 p.m. However, there was a mini playground, so the kids didn't get bored waiting. There were welcome drinks and snacks while they played and checked in. The swimming pool wasn't kid-friendly, at 120 cm deep. It was okay. The water was cold, but that's Bandung, so it's cold. Also, bring your own towels. You can request replacements later.
