The staff is friendly, the place is really cool especially at night when it's cold even though there's no AC/fan, the room is pretty clean, the swimming pool is also really clean and clear, suitable for a vacation with family, access to the main road is also not far, for those who don't bring a car, it's really easy to get a GrabCar here, the only minus is the water heater, and the description in the app says there's a fan and water heater but it turns out there aren't any, just edit the description, but there are also villas with AC but the type is smaller than the one I booked, apart from that everything is really good, the mountain view is also nice

In fact, if you can adjust to your budget (your pocket), then we also have several properties outside Bumi Indah, we have a minimalist private villa & there is also a private villa with a capacity of around 100-200 people (all depends on the financial ability of the guest).

The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming...the villa is actually really good...it's just a shame that in my writing I booked for 10 adults but it turned out there were only 2 rooms and could only accommodate 4 people...the others were forced to sleep on the carpeted floor. If I wanted to do karaoke I had to pay another 150 thousand...it's not a problem with paying...it's just a shame that there is no hot water at the top....the water is also very small.even though it's very cold..it took a long time to take a shower because the water was very small, I was already shivering...the sink was also broken...why weren't those little things fixed...even though things like that are really taken care of by customers...so they'll want to come back. The management should be more active in checking...hopefully it can be better in the future.

First experience of being stuck in traffic for more than ten hours. The tiredness was paid off when we arrived at the inn. With friendly staff, the room facilities are good, clean and comfortable. Although there was a miscommunication. Because the room that was booked turned out to be someone else staying there. Replaced with another comfortable and good room, spacious enough for 4 adults and 5 children. Complete cooking utensils. The view is good especially in the morning and evening because there are many garden lights. It's just that there is no water heater in the room and a mic for karaoke. But the rest is okay and satisfying. Next time I want to stay here again with my family.

One area of Bumi Indah consists of several villas. The one we stayed in was Villa Bumi Indah 5, consisting of 4 rooms with queen beds, each room already has a bathroom. - This villa is quite comfortable for 22 people (adults and children). - There is a living room that is not too big (just a small area, maybe 4x4?) - There is a small kitchen that already has a refrigerator, 2-burner gas stove, some kitchen utensils (plates, spoons/forks, cutting boards, mortars, rice cookers, knives but the meat knife is big) - Outside there is a swimming pool area (sharing), a fairly large grassy garden. Can be used as a children's play area. - The villa building is quite old, but its cleanliness is still maintained. There are only a few spots of peeling wall paint. - Each room has a window, so the circulation is quite good. - The bathroom is clean. - Get a mountain view, the morning air is still fresh, cool and cold. - The night is beautiful, lots of lights. - The best thing is the staff, when there is a problem at the villa, they immediately act quickly and are very, very willing to help. In the morning all our cars were cleaned. (I don't know if this is an extra facility from the villa or what?). Thank you very much, bro! Always be healthy. The disadvantages of this villa: - "Because this villa is not a private villa", so it is a bit noisy if other villa guests have an event/are doing karaoke (especially karaoke at 3 am 😭, nonstop until 7 am 😭) - There seems to be no water heater in the Bumi Indah 5 villa, so it's a bit troublesome when the kids take a bath, they get cold (For those who are used to it, this is not a problem) - There is an additional charge for using karaoke speakers. I don't know why the speaker we used yesterday leaked sound to the speakers of other villa guests, so it was a bit of a patience exercise. - The sink had a problem yesterday, but it was quickly fixed. - There is an additional charge for extra beds. (If you want it for free, bring your own flying mattress) Hopefully this review helps.
