Villa Camar by Vinohouse

Very good place friendly agent. Very nice place to stay and budget price. Happy to stay here. I will surely come back for next trip.

I am very looking forward to a vacation in Batu and staying at Camar Villas. The photos on the website are very good. But how disappointing, when it arrived, the toilet seat in both toilets was broken, there were lots of ants in the kitchen, the carpet looked dirty and the hot water didn't work, when I was going to sleep, it turned out the bed was plastic and not removed. Where can you sleep comfortably with a plastic mat. The next day, the water ran out and the shower didn't work so we and our family couldn't take a shower. The manager then offers to move to another place. When I checked, the place offered was also no better even though it was said to be an upgrade. Unfortunately, advertising is not accompanied by the appropriate reality. If you dare to rent, you should be able to maintain and check the facilities first. Even though two nights' money was returned, I still felt aggrieved because I lost time to find a new place to stay. Holidays become uncomfortable.

Engaged, satisfied, spacious and comfortable place, most importantly water.

Nice experience, only need repairs for the addition of air conditioning units, water and TV broadcast signal improved again. thanks.
