Spacious villa with 4 rooms + extra bed, perfect for large families. Cheap prices but complete facilities such as kitchen utensils, tools for grilling corn / fish, karaoke and joss wifi, there is a gazebo and a play ground for children. Even though the road access is small, the parking lot is wide, it can accommodate 3 cars with a hilly front view. The service is also good because the day before, we had been contacted and informed about the Villa key. Anyway, really recommended 👍, you can subscribe if you want to go to Batu.

Recommended. There are 4 rooms, there are extra beds too. The house is clean, there is a children's playground too. Only lacking a washing machine to become a complete halfway house. But so far this villa is comfortable and nice. Thank You.

the house is clean, but when we went there it rained one day until one of the rooms leaked, so we had to sleep in the TV room, hot water was only hot for a while

Thank you for the input, regarding a leak in one of the rooms at Hartini's villa, we have conveyed it to the owner and which areas have been repaired which have damage or leaks And for the heater which is sometimes hot unstable because the gas cylinder is running low and so is the battery heater, in the future you can contact the owner to send it to the villa guard so that a new battery and gas cylinder are installed Thank you for your input Hopefully the future will be better

Actually the villa is quite nice and spacious. But we come at night. Our intention is to come together and meet my family. But the RT asked him not to be busy. Even though we were singing, it was really slowed down around half past 10 in the evening, uh, it was still being slapped, it was also delivered up to 3 times. Yes, understand that the villa is in a residential area, not in the Songgoriti villa area.

The check-in process is a bit long because we have to wait for the homestay manager, our fault is also for not contacting Cape Homestay when it reaches the rock. The place is very spacious, it can be filled with large families, where our families are 7adult + 8 children, there is a place to burn, there is a prayer room, there is a gasebo next to the burnt area, there are toys for children, a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, place parking can be filled 3 mbl, spacious dining room so the whole family can gather as 1, friendly owner. Minus is only in the access road which is not able to cover 2 MB.
