The location is very strategic, just opposite the entrance gate jatim park 2, going anywhere easy. In the alley entrance there is a minimarket, too, so very practical if you want to buy a sudden need (knowing to bring toddlers). Both the owner and the owner of the villa are very easily contacted, we are even allowed early check in. If you play to malang again want to stay here again lah.

Less comfortable. The bad smell from the bathroom spread throughout the room. Lots of mosquitoes and slow Wifi 🥺 so you don't feel comfortable here, maybe you'll check out early.

The villa is clean, the owner is friendly, the villa guard is also fast. All the furniture is complete. Stove, refrigerator, dispenser all work. It's just that when it comes the wifi can't. The neighborhood is busy. To Jatim Park 2, all you have to do is cross. Around the villa there are many people selling. In front of the villa directly indomart. In the morning or evening, many traders come to the villa. Very strategic. Thanks.

Highly recommended, clean villas, complete facilities, there are extra beds, cooking utensils, refrigerator, shower facilities are also okay, near public facilities, Indomart and near East Java Park 2, just walking. Very satisfied staying here.

Very pleasant stay here, the location was very close to the secret stone zoo and bns, maybe if you want to walk can also. A clean house with 2 rooms and 2 toilets. In the morning, it was greeted with alternating hawker vendors. In front of the alley there is also an indomart making it easier to find necessities. Unfortunately only ceramic cups were not provided, there were only plastic cups, but it didn't matter because we could buy glass outside. A very recommended place to stay with family. Very good service from mas mamat penjanga villa, friendly and sociable. Next, if there is a chance to Batu, will you stay here again?

Until there, you can get another villa at number 25. but it's the same as in the photo ... the house is clean ... even the bed can be a single large ... hot water is smooth ... complete kitchen equipment except there's no glass at all, even though there is a hot dispenser and cold ... so I don't want to make tea or coffee ... the environment is nice and comfortable ... by the food seller passing by ... oh yeah the spy suggestion is provided by the fan ... because at that time the weather in the rock wasn't cold ... so sultry .. the other is ok, thanks ...
