We are a big family of 8 people, at that time we were able to check in early, the first impression of the villa was very clean, fragrant. Complete facilities, Wi-Fi, hot water flowing, there is a prayer room, prayer mats, mukena, complete kitchen utensils are all there, you can also do karaoke, in one of the rooms there are even several Conan comic series, my son really liked it. The villa manager was also very helpful. We felt at home staying here for 3 nights. Hopefully there will be an opportunity and fortune in the future to stay here again. Thank you Kayana BB1. Thank you for your stay at Villa Kayana BB1. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. My suggestion is that areas such as the floor in room 1 on the second floor, the dressing table chair, and the door handle from the inside in room 2 on the second floor could be improved to improve comfort in the villa. The shower in the bathroom on the first and second floors is also a bit small, but it is overcome by the availability of a bucket and a dipper. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Villa Kayana BB1 with a friendly owner when contacted. Thank you 🫰

1000 stars, really 😁. The best for the price. For that price, you get a nice, comfortable, clean villa in a quiet environment. Mountain views. Usually, when I go to Malang, I stay at Swiss Berlin. Because I was with my family, I tried the villa... it turned out to be that nice and the kids immediately said that if they go to Malang again, they don't want to stay in a hotel. They'll just stay here 😁. The family is also satisfied😁

When checking out, you should have confirmed with the security guard whether the key had been returned or not. We checked out before 12 noon and the house had been cleaned. But the owner still called several times to ask us to check out.

Clean, fragrant, nice, comfortable and maybe what needs a little improvement is that the water in the upper and lower bathrooms is a bit too small to come out and maybe it can also be improved, namely the lower bathroom window, maybe the window glass/ventilation can be replaced with a blurry model because when taking a shower it can be seen with the house on the right/front. But overall it's okay, I don't regret booking this Kayana bb1 villa, it's suitable for staying with friends and family and also the owner, employees and security are all friendly so we also feel safe and comfortable in the villa, also provided 5 fried noodles, tea, coffee, grill tools, netflix, karaoke and wifi. And also close to Jatim Park 3 and outside the villa complex there are also many restaurants along the road so there's no need to worry/confused about what to eat and looking for ojol is also easy to pick up/drop off in front of the Kayana bb1 villa.
