Not in accordance with the original review, 2 rooms do not use air coolers but use fans, there is a lot of mold (black mold) in the corners of the room walls and the bathroom tiles are also dirty and look like they are not maintained at all.

First impression of entering Villa Kayana E2. Clean n fragrant. The little ones really like it. There are 2 TVs, dispenser, washing machine, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The water heater functions well, the WiFi runs smoothly, only for YouTube there is an error. Overall, the e2 is great.

The villa in the Kayana housing complex matches the description and photos. The owner and manager are good, responsive. Clean rooms, good furniture, according to expectations although not as luxurious as star hotels. This villa has 3 bedrooms plus living room plus kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV plus balcony for the price of one star hotel room.

Rumah lumayan luas untuk party bersama keluarga pas liburan. Kamar bersih, fasilitas ok, ada wifinya. cuma ada 2 kekurangannya tempat sampah cuma ada 1 di dapur saja dan airnya keluar tapi pelan dan kadang mati. Tapi cukup lumayanlah untuk sebuah villa di Batu.

Regarding the shrinking water, even though we have also provided a large enough reservoir, we will continue to improve it sis, and at the moment we are also working on permits to drill artesian wells. Hopefully soon the permits will be finished soon, thank you.
