Overall, it was okay. The power went out a few times, as if it wasn't strong enough, so I had to turn on the switch. The hot water in the bathroom sometimes worked, sometimes not, and the toilet flush was also stuck.

The villa is nice but unfortunately it seems like it is not maintained, it smells of dust, the pool lights are dead, the wall paint is peeling, the kitchen interior is damaged, and when we stayed there the lights went out we tried to ask the security but the security said he did not handle the villa we were staying in. We were confused about who to contact because it was 4 am, we WA to the pic but there was still no response, maybe the owner could pay more attention to the facilities and comfort of staying in the villa

Fun and highly recommended for holidays with family. The downside is that there is a rather disturbing smell in the kitchen area, like the smell of rotten wood, maybe it comes from the kitchen set which is a bit damaged. Next time you go on holiday to Batu, you will definitely come back here again 🫶🫶.

The villa is nice, clean, has a modern design, which definitely doesn't feel like goosebumps right there, and it's very easy to access, close to Jatimpark 1, 2, 3 hehe. There are 3 rooms, there is 1 room consisting of 3 beds, then there is 1 extra bed as well so there are 6 beds in total. The facilities for the kitchen are complete, mortar is swallowed, all grills are there, only for spices there is only sugar, tea and coffee are also provided, blanket towels are also available, the pool is 120 m deep, the minus is only 2 bathrooms, no bath soap is provided hehe, then there is no karaoke but it can be rented for 100 thousand, and there is no city view stone hehe. The floaties in the photo are also not provided, so rent them yourself. The CP is very informative and helpful, thank you, sir, behind the CP number, I don't know the name.

It's very fun to staycation with family especially bringing children in the Navnav villa, it's clean, tidy, and the facilities provided such as cooking utensils are quite helpful. The interior is very aesthetic so it's really good for photos. Just please clothesline for wet towels plus, 8 of us at the pool are all confused about where to hang towels & wet clothes. Very highly recommended this villa instead of trying it, it's better to go directly to the navnav villa 👍

This place has complete facilities esp. Kitchen facilities. and clean enough. But the hot water barely works, only comes out at the beginning of the first person to shower, after that it can't. I have written a note at the beginning of the reservation that I asked for help about cleanliness to be maintained at all because my child is allergic to dust but when I arrived there were still some problems related to cleanliness and dust in some corners even though finally the villa clerk came to help and for dust problems I finally cleaned it reset with the vacuum that I brought. Suggestion: maybe for villa mats you can provide more doormats that are more appropriate and less appropriate when I arrive, all the mats are just rags and mops made of doormats. An upgrade that is not expensive but will greatly affect the appearance of the villa image.

This villa is really cool, maybe what needs to be repaired the bathroom shower is less stable, hot water and also the water flow is not heavy. The service and facilities are really good. The TV has Netflix Wow. Pool is clean. complete kitchen equipment. next time come here again.

Very nice villa woz. With private swimming pool and super full kitchen facilities. I just found a villa like this in Malang area, feels like Bali, WiFi was smooth.
