Villa Putri Delima - Four Bedroom

The location is in front of Jatimpark 2. There are 4 rooms and there is a trundle bed. The kitchen equipment is also complete. There are lots of people selling food and it is close to Indomaret.

Very close to jatimpark 2, around the villa there is an Indomaret, and many people sell food, there are even many street vendors who often pass by, there are milk sellers, meatball sellers, satay sellers, toy balloon sellers lol, there are also bakpo. The service of the villa owner is very good and satisfying. There was a little problem when staying at the villa,, coincidentally when our child was playing in the gate, he fell under the stairs, then I called the owner. The response was fast, the owner immediately came and even helped and immediately opened the warehouse. Thank God, see you again. Another time, stay here again. Strategic location, 4 rooms with 2 toilets, cold air, easy to find food

Vila nyaman, bersih, perlengkapan dapur dan perlengkapan rumah lengkap. Semua fasilitas bisa digunakan. Gak nyesel, sih.

Sangat puas menginap di villa ini. Kelebihan: 1. Sangat dekat dengan Jatim Park 2, tinggal keluar gang saja, jalan kaki juga bisa. Dekat sama pasar dan juga Alun-alun Kota Batu. 2. Keluar gang ada Indomaret. 3. Banyak tukang makanan yang lewat sekitar villa jadi gak perlu khawatir buat cari sarapan maupun makan malam. Bahkan ada yang keliling jualan oleh-oleh khas Malang. 4. Udaranya dingin dan sejuk, meskipun pagi dan siang sorot matahari ke arah villa namun tetap sejuk. 5. Villa nya sangat bersih dan nyaman. 6. Peralatan dapur sangat lengkap untuk memasak, ada meja makan yang besar, dispenser dan magicom juga. Terdapat alat karaoke, wifi, TV di lantai atas dan bawah, banyak colokan listrik, ada CCTV juga di luar dan dalam (katanya CCTV yang di dalam mati). 7. Penjaga villa fast respon, ramah dan sangat membantu. Galon dispenser habis bisa minta untuk diisi ulang dan ada masalah di water heater langsung diperbaiki meskipun malam hari. 8. Garasi muat 2 mobil. 9. Terdapat 4 kamar dan 1 sofabed, pas untuk 10 orang dewasa. Kekurangan: 1. Sinyal Indihome TV nya bermasalah terus, ternyata kabelnya kendor. Penjaga villa membantu memperbaiki meskipun pada saat itu malam hari. Namun terkadang sinyalnya juga masih hilang-hilangan. 2. Kurang alat untuk bersih-bersih, hanya ada sapu saja, jadi kalau ada minuman tumpah sulit untuk membersihkannya karena tidak ada kain pel, tidak ada pengki juga, dan tong sampah cuma ada 1 di dapur dan 1 di depan rumah. Secara keseluruhan puas nginep di villa ini dan kalau ke Malang lagi berniat untuk nginep lagi di sini.

Vilanya nyaman bersih rapi wangi, air hangatnya joss. Ohya kemaren kita lupa bawa handuk juga dipinjemi hehe. Pokoknya mantap bintang 10. Next pasti ke Villa Delima lagi kalo dikasih kesempatan ke Malang 🤩🥰.

Menyenangkan villa nya bagi yang suka jajan di sini lengkap orang jualan lewat, enaknya lagi deket ke Indomaret, furniturenya bagus-bagus, bersih, rapi, juga. Homey banget,I like like like ♥️.

Lokasi dekat dengan Jatim Park 2, tempatnya nyaman dan bersih, waterheater berfungsi, di sediakan cadangan gas dan air galon. Pemilik ramah, semua berfungsi dengan baik. Dekat dengan warung nasi dan Indomaret. Sangat di rekomendasikan.

The facilities are quite complete. There are 2 bathrooms, all of which can use warm water and showers. Normal condition. There are 2 dispensers with full gallons of water. There is a fridge and rice cooker. Clean kitchen. Overall all good. The conditions around many are selling, so if you don't have to worry about food. The mini market is also close, just walk. Strategic. I recommend this.

Nice villas. Comfortable. Neat. The facilities are okay (water heater, speakers and mic for karaoke, parking for 2 cars, cable tv. Lots of snacks pass in front of the villa. Indomaret is close. Easy access. The guard is fast in response. Weaknesses: only 6 glasses. Karaoke equipment is rudimentary. The house key is rather difficult to remove. Overall it's good and I want to rent it again if I bring the group to Batu. Thank you sis.
