The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and tourist attractions, only around 1/ 2 km from the Jatim Park 1/ 2/ 3, BNS, etc, but the villa itself is dirty. The host contacted me to ask about my arrival time, but when I arrived at the villa, it seemed like the villa was not ready to be occupied. Very dusty, the floor was sticky, the refrigerator still off, and many ants inside the villa (also in the bedroom), and the host gave us only 1 towel per room, fortunately my towel smells bad. So I need to ask the host for the new one, and it took like 1-2 hours to get the new towel:'), no tissue at all at the villa, and the water heater wasn't work well

Villa bagus lokasi strategis. Kamar 4 full AC dan air hangat serta besar. Mungkin bisa diperhatikan kebersihan villa nya sebelum disewakan karena ada banyak semut dan sarang laba.

Menginap di sini bersama keluarga cukup nyaman dengan lokasi yang aman dan dekat dengan tempat wisata tujuan kami. Penjaga villa sangat baik dan super responsif. Hanya perlu lebih diperhatikan lagi untuk kebersihan lantai dan semprot untuk serangga-serangga di sekeliling rumah. Terima kasih, Villa Rossela! Will definitely come back again one day.

Pertama datang kamarnya sudah ada bau tak sedap, bau apek, kamar mandipun bau, tidak ada shower kit sama sekali, tissue pun tidak disediakan. Kulkas nyala tetapi tidak berfungsi sama sekali, dan sangat bau. Alat makanpun tidak dicuci sama sekali, termos air juga bocor. Tolong kebersihan lebih diperhatikan, bau-bau tidak sedap.
