Actually it's okay at that price, it's just uncomfortable because there is an old, old man's staff who are too concerned about guest affairs. Asking guest privacy questions. Make it uncomfortable. The owner should teach the staff which questions can be asked of guests, which ones can't, which ones are guest privacy, which ones must be asked for the completeness of stay data only. Even though the younger staff are okay and good. This is the staff, who are old gentlemen, how come they are so curious about the personal affairs of the guests who stay overnight.

The staff is not friendly, even playing cellphone when a guest checks in / asks something. There is no toilet tissue, the room is a bit dirty. There were hairs on the bed & table, like it wasn't cleaned first/changed the bed linen. Just entered the room, there were a lot of mosquitoes, so you had to ask the staff for mosquito repellent. The room doesn't have a key, a bit worried even though there is cctv. The hot water still works, luckily. Hopefully the cleanliness of the place, guest comfort & service can be further improved. Fortunately, the break time is still comfortable because there is no noise.

The rooms are okay, good, only the toilet is so dirty that you don't have the mood to stay, there are lots of moss on the wall under the wastafer, the shower is also moldy. When I saw the toilet, I wasn't in the mood immediately, so I checked out the room.

The wifi didn't arrive to the room, even though I've moved rooms from where my room was originally on the 1st floor to the last room, then I asked to move to a room closer to the lobby because I thought that if it was close to the lobby the wifi would fix it until it arrived to my room, but it's still the same even though I've moved to the fifth room from the lobby, but the wifi really doesn't arrive when I enter the room, except sitting on the terrace of the new room. Then the mattress cover and bed cover are also a little dirty, the bathroom has small cockroaches near the drain hole, the walls of the room are very dirty like footprints that are pasted to the wall, just the paint on the walls is really bad. The cupboard door fell off, and the room also had mosquitoes. The receptionist also seemed lazy when I complained that I wanted to change rooms because there was no wifi signal and at first he seemed to be still giddy when the wifi arrived but when I tried again it didn't work and finally my husband who I told him to meet because I was really lazy with him who answered lazy like that. Finally we were given a room change with him and he also followed when we were getting ready to move rooms, and when he entered our first room, he suddenly said "wow this room has been used" while making an annoyed face because he had to I cleaned up the room again, which according to him, was used by my husband and I, even though my husband and I were really just lying on the bed and the mess was just a little bit messy, we really just checked in and entered the room, tried the wifi, it didn't work then immediately protested to him. So in my opinion, the reception service is really not that great. There is no friendliness with guests, even though we pay and for 2 nights. Oh yes one more thing, other room guests are very noisy. Very annoying. Really not comfortable. I just wanted to move to another place, but unfortunately the money has already been booked and paid for 2days. And this is my first and last experience staying here. Wouldn't go again, and don't really recommend the place.

At check-in I got a room according to order but when I entered the room it smelled bad, I checked in the shower there was an aqua bottle filled with urine from the previous guest, and I checked that the linen was not replaced, I forgot to take the pot.
