There were hairs on the bed & table, like it wasn't cleaned first/changed the bed linen. Just entered the room, there were a lot of mosquitoes, so you had to ask the staff for mosquito repellent. The room doesn't have a key, a bit worried even though there is cctv. The hot water still works, luckily. Hopefully the cleanliness of the place, guest comfort & service can be further improved. Fortunately, the break time is still comfortable because there is no noise.

The wifi didn't arrive to the room, even though I've moved rooms from where my room was originally on the 1st floor to the last room, then I asked to move to a room closer to the lobby because I thought that if it was close to the lobby the wifi would fix it until it arrived to my room, but it's still the same even though I've moved to the fifth room from the lobby, but the wifi really doesn't arrive when I enter the room, except sitting on the terrace of the new room. Then the mattress cover and bed cover are also a little dirty, the bathroom has small cockroaches near the drain hole, the walls of the room are very dirty like footprints that are pasted to the wall, just the paint on the walls is really bad. The cupboard door fell off, and the room also had mosquitoes. The receptionist also seemed lazy when I complained that I wanted to change rooms because there was no wifi signal and at first he seemed to be still giddy when the wifi arrived but when I tried again it didn't work and finally my husband who I told him to meet because I was really lazy with him who answered lazy like that.
