I booked from OTA and the receptionist said if you book from OTA check in time strickly will be at 2pm even if the room was ready. However, if you book direct to the hotel you can check in when ever you want. I don't know why! Really tired after 5 hours flight and it happens to me.

The hotel was quite good, but unfortunately I got a room that smelled of cigarettes and the sheets had stains.

The service was slow to respond, the floor was dirty, sticky, the carpet was dirty with lots of stains, it took a long time to check in, when I arrived at 4 o'clock the room wasn't ready and hadn't been cleaned, there were no snacks according to the hotel review picture.

I stayed 3 nights, facilities such as coffee sachets should be provided every day, in fact they were only given on the first day. But the officers are friendly. The security guard too.

I think the hotel is good because it's still new. But when I entered the room, checked the bed and found that there were too many stains on the bed covers, blankets and pillows. Let the receptionist telephone be replaced with a new one, but there are still stains. There is only 1 elevator so the wait is quite long if the elevator is busy. At that time I got a room on the 5th floor, then there was an event on the 2nd floor but it really sounded up to the room, it was really noisy. Small parking area although valet parking is provided. There has to be a lot to fix.
