Nice & comfortable for a short stay
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Whiz Hotel for a night, and I must say, I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience here. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff has been exceptionally accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.
Ambiance/Facilities: The ambiance is pleasant for a small hotel. There is a nice pub nearby.
Staff Assistance: The staffs are very helpful in assisting with our needs.

The location is just perfect. It is easy to find food nearby. Mall and other places are all in one place. The staff are all friendly and the process of staying is just comfortable and nice.

Here's a short review: "I had a pleasant stay at 101 Urban Kelapa Gading. The room was comfortable and clean, making for a relaxing visit. A special mention goes to Ms. Winda from the staff, who was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. Her excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.".

I requested a non-smoking room but it smelled of cigarettes. I had to complain to get a room that didn't smell of cigarettes. Overall, this hotel is comfortable. It's close to Indomaret and the mall. It's strategically located, easy to reach. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious and quite varied.

The hotel is very close to the main entrance of MOI, so you can just walk there if you want to go out.
The room was clean. If you want a window view, it might be better to choose a smoking room, but I'm a non-smoker, so there was no window (I forgot to take a photo of the room). I like that there's a swimming pool here, although it's small, but it's enough for fun.
The breakfast was pretty good. I really liked the fried fish dabu, and the fried noodles were also delicious. A little more variety would be great.
The receptionist was also very friendly, and I found her very welcoming and engaging with the kids. I arrived too early and needed to be out until noon, but I was allowed to leave my luggage.
Just a suggestion: if the room's AC is off, there's a slight damp smell coming from somewhere. Maybe the maintenance team can help check it out.
Other than that, this hotel is great and worth the price. 👍

The staff was very friendly, and the room was quite spacious and clean.
It's located right across from M.O.I.
Unfortunately, the hallway smelled of cigarettes. One of the beds (I had a twin bed) also smelled of cigarettes, but the other furnishings didn't. This made for a bit of a detraction from the comfort.
