There was once something like a cockroach, but it was small in size, in the bedroom and toilet. Then when I checked in at night, it turned out there were no towels. As a result, I had already taken a shower in the morning, without using a towel. LOL. It was my fault for not paying attention first.

The room size is quite spacious, but it's a shame that there are so many cockroaches in the room and bathroom area, so it's very risky to put food in the room, especially if you bring children to stay overnight because some of them climb onto the bed. The toiletries in the bathroom are also unhygienic because they are infested with cockroaches. It turns out that breakfast is not provided in the restaurant, it is only delivered to each room, it feels like being in a hospital.

When I arrived I was greeted with a clothesline, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, there were cockroaches and lots of stains on the sheets, a really bad experience, yes I was given a room change but how could it be like this?

The hotel is really good, even though the room interior is not that new, but with convenient location access, parking outside doesn't require a basement, making it easier to get in and out. A bit confused as to why it has 4 stars. It doesn't meet expectations. The room floor is dirty, smells of cigarettes, the towels are like household towels, the swimming pool is very chlorine, the water level in the pool is only waist-high or + -120cm, which is nice if you swim in waist-length water.
