Hotelnya bagus. Pelayanan ramah. Fasilitas bagus. Cuma saat check in ada kondisi yang tidak menyenangkan. Ada salah satu kegiatan di sana, yang seharusnya mencohkan yang baik, tp kok membernya malah memukul orang tua. Tp ini bukan staff hotel. Overall. Hotelnya sangat bagus. Nyaman. Oh ya. Jendela samping terlalu pendek. Jadi kalau ada yang lewat. Bisa kelihatan isi kamar.

Dari Awal masuk sudah di berikan pelayanan yang bagus dan pegawai 5S nya sampai cek out selalu di lakukan. Untuk Kamarnya Sangat Estetik, Bersih, tertata Rapi, Ac Dingin, dan Siaran Tav juga Lancar, Begitu Juga Kamar mandinya. Untuk Makanannya Enakk ada juga cemilannya sama inpus water. The hotel room was brand new, clean, comfy and proper! Breakfast buffet is also provided with multiple varieties of option available. Would greatly recommend for anyone visiting Gorontalo for the first time as it is located right in the city center.

A brand new hotel in Gorontalo. Everything is clean. The toiletries are complete. The breakfast is good enough but they need to make the restaurant more spacious. The service is also good.

Sangat recommended, cuma saja parkirannya ga cukup luas jadi harus parkir pinggir jln klu parkiran full, tp kunci mobil bisa titip di lobby dan klu parkiran ada yang kosong bisa dibantuin parkirkan mobil di area parkir👍
