Incomparable city centre location just off Grafton Street, opposite Bruxelles. Have stayed multiple times. Great studio apartments, spacious and really well appointed. Ideal for a weekend stay in the city . Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic location. You can walk everywhere. One issue to note was that after you book they send you an email and have you check in separately giving details and credit card. And they want you to download an app and login using password they send. It wasn’t explicitly stated in the Expedia listing. Never seen it in a Expedia booking. So I am standing in front of the door at night in pouring rain and no way to enter. Fortunately there was a number to call and they were helpful. Then it was straightforward. It would be helpful to warn us to expect this.
The washing machine is complicated and there are no instructions. We got stuck a few times but they did help. It would be better if they had instructions for use. They have video instructions for all the appliances but not the washing machine. I suggest you add it.
They were always helpful at the support line. Except the last day when I called to ask what to do with the garbage. That one time it appeared that the call center had non native English speakers and they could not understand the word “garbage”!! I talked to several people but they simply could not understand the word even when I spelled it!
There are bars nearby and although the hotel has good sound insulation I could hear music and people talking until after midnight. I had to use earplugs but it didn’t bother my wife.
These are not big issue. Otherwise everything was great. They are helpful. Great location. Nice rooms. Good AC, spacious bathroom and shower.

Location was amazing. But, the thermostat beeped 3 times every few minutes for days. The shower was tiny, I kept turning the water off with my elbow while showering. If you took a shower early in the morning to catch a full day tour the water was not hot. Later in the day it was very hot. When I booked I read that the rooms had washers and dryers. When we checked in we found out only 2 had them and it wasnt ours. We did laundry at a laundromat that ended up costing a $100 plus a taxi to and from. The refrigerator scraped the floor everytime we opened it. It wasn't quiet.

Check in was easy. My daughter and I arrived in Dublin early in the morning and had no issue accessing early check in. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was also great. Would definitely return.

The studio has all the mod cons but I've stayed here four times now and it gets worse every time. I always think it's just a one-off but sadly, no.
The front door bell doesn't work, the receptionist looks bored, the whole building has a weird foul smell like it's been cleaned with a dirty mop and they didn't even bother to put the Christmas lights up this year. The have the picture online of the edge apartment facing the front of the building but then shove you at the back. The only real advantage to any other place is the location and that's my reason for booking but I won't again. Book a hotel room instead and enjoy the perks unless you're on a budget and plan to cook for yourself.

Positives: If you want to explore Dublin this is a great location, many tourist attractions are walkable. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff were very helpful especially Sylvia.
Negatives: Lighting is not great in the room and bathroom I know it's a style lighting concept, but I didn't like it. The videos on the tv on how to operate the appliances often didn't work well and this is important when using these rooms because you rent these rooms for the appliances. The AC/H unit in our room didn't work well even when the staff thought they fixed it for us it stopped working again this was frustrating because it could get very warm in the room. There is no inside the bathroom exhaust which I was surprised at and the return vent outside the bathroom door when in use wasn't enough to cool off the bathroom after a hot shower. The washer/dryer was challenging especially if you're from the US, the washer works well enough, but the dryer is very limited in drying power. Another negative if your someone who expects a drawer/bureau to put your clothes in for your stay there is not one at least not in the Studio apartment we stayed in.

I thought the room was clean, and though small was comfortable. But I could easily hear the people talking in the next room, in fact could hear their conversations. And the liquid soap dispenser in the shower was 100% empty. So it was a mixed bag here. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.
