Great stay - location perfect for exploring with lots of transport options and super walkable

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and loved the staff at StayCity! We were greeted with the biggest, warmest smile from Daniel. When he found out we were in Dublin to celebrate my husband’s birthday, he surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine — so sweet and thoughtful! Our room was clean and cozy. The location is perfect, close to everything. 100% recommend!

Overall a fantastic stay, friendly staff, very clean with a great bed and central to Dublin.

We were at the property for three nights and with the little kitchen we were able to toast our bagels, make our coffee and tea and save some $$. It was well priced and within a 15 minute walk to the National Library and numerous pubs. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice reception

This was my first time staying at a StayCity and I was blown away. Location was perfect, only steps away from Trinity and located next to a grocery store, pub, and an amazing cafe. Hotel itself was very clean and well decorated, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was the studio apartment and was the perfect size for two travelers! And even though we did not end up using them, having a gym and a laundry in the building is very nice. At one point, however, we ran into an issue with the hot water in our shower, which randomly did not come back on the last night of our stay. It would have been an inconvenience, but with the help of staff they offered us a new room with a working shower and comped us a free breakfast for the trouble. It was such a nice gesture, and it truly saved the night before we left. I would absolutely recommend this stay to any travelers wanting to explore Dublin City, and I will certainly be on the lookout for other StayCity locations for my next travels!

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Due to mums health condition she prefers to sleep in a single bed so l therefore requested for two singles & not a double & received confirmation my request would be met but unfortunately it wasn't due to the beds not able to be separated. The young man on reception phoned around the other Staycity aparthotels & where he was told there are no single beds. Mum then had a fall & this same young man went out of his way to make sure mum was fit, well & unhurt. The hotel is within a short walking distance (10 mins) to Grafton Street or opposite way to O'Connell Bridge. Would certainly stay there again

Great hotel amazing staff

My room was well- equipped and maintained and bed very comfortable. The blackout blinds do a great job. I didn’t pre-book breakfast but bought one several times. Good choice, good quality and good value..

Very clean and nice rooms, great location.

Was NOT convienent for parking. Went to original site and they sent us to a second location because there was a water leak at the first. I was charged for so many rooms and days I have no idea how much I paid. Front desk guy at second location was patient and helpful.

The bathroom was very dirty and the shower had a grease film on the shower floor

We booked last minute as we decided to stay in Dublin the night before our flight. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was average, but did have a small kitchen area which would be helpful for eating in to save some money on food. The location we stayed was close to the train, so one room was a bit louder than the other. We were also staying on a Friday night, so there were some people coming in after the bars closed. Quieted down after that. Good for staying on a budget and location was convenient to city center.

Very nice hotel within a few minutes walking distance of Temple Bar so plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Good value for money and great hotel facilities, including kitchenette (e.g. Hob, large fridge, microwave).
