Wonderful hotel. We had a great room In the townhouse. Was a bit noisy on Friday night, but that’s to be expected downtown Dublin.

Lovely stay. Staff accommodated an earlier check in which I was so grateful for. Noisy at night but there are ear plugs and it did not impact our stay. Staff were lovely throughout the hotel and Sophie’s was fab for food.

The hallways were super dark and a vacuum was in our hallway over night. The main lobby looked decent but was clearly partied in a lot. They said when we checked it it was a party neighborhood which it clearly was. It didn’t bother us so much but could tell it was a bit run down from it. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and felt clean. I think we had a handicap bathroom because it was a very low sink and shower just open to the whole room which made it all very wet.

Stayed in the Townhouse Pod and it was great, really decent size and had some lovely features (heated towel racks and coffee machine). Great location too. We stayed mid week and it was really quiet on the street, but may be different on the weekend. Staff were lovely too. All round really positive experience.

This hotel feels upscale from the moment you walk in. The decor is modern and sleek, the staff is professional, and the amenities are excellent for the price. We did notice multiple maintenance items in the room the property will need to address: a loose faucet, some water damage, etc. Fair warning (and this is not a secret, the staff will even tell you at check in), the location is next door to some of Dublin's most prominent night clubs. From midnight to 3 AM, you'll be able to hear the music. This is nothing some white noise or the provided ear plugs can't block out, but could be a surprise if you don't know the neighborhood. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

Great location. We found it very quiet and heard no late night noises. The roof top patio and bar was convenient however felt that they needed more staff. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend .

Great location. Warm welcome. Excellent staff. Room was small, very small but it did all we needed it to do. No seating area in the room. With no room in the room we spent a lot of time in the lobby and the fifth floor lounge. Glad we did.

In general the staff was very nice, with the sole exemption of the terrace manager on Wednesday, who was very rude about changing me from table to table, when i had my table assigned by the restaurant staff in the first place. He really made me thinking about not recommending the hotel at all. The rooms are super small too.

This hotel was pretty sweet. Its next to a nightclub club so it can be a little on the louder side, but Im a light sleeper and it didn't bother me much. The room itself was great, very posh. The staff who checked me in were great. 10/10 will stay again

Dreadful. Condescending check in person. Banging / thumping since 6 am this morning. Had lunch in restaurant and I should have known better from previous experience. I think they thought they were doing us a favour in serving us. For just under 300 yes 300 euro it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

The stay was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. At night there was a lot of noise to sleep, as the hotel is above a nightclub.

This hotel was not clean, the restaurant for breakfast is good, I didn't like dinner (and have eaten there in the past and it was not good either). I had an incident on check out and the staff were unhelpful. In addition when I checked in - I was put in a room no accessibile by a lift on the same floor and no one to help me with my bag (the next morning there was someone) but when I arrived having to haul my own 30 kg bag to the room (I checked in at 21.15 so it was not late).
