This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bottle of bubbly was very much appreciated. The food at the hotel restaurant was really tasty and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Included continental breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from, and it was all really tasty - I found it funny that the "daily special" was exactly the same every day, though I had it every day because I really liked. Indoor and outdoor pools very well kept, with lounge chairs, along with sauna/steam room and gym access was very pleasant.

Big comfort room. All the resort was very clean. Nice pools. Good breakfast. The WiFi worked only in the reception area :(

Great place and well managed. Wifi provision is disappointing and just about good enough for the basics. Good pool choices, great breakfast.

Very nice hotel and golf resort. Great location near to major highway access points and 5 minutes to Lake Garda. Several pools were great and excellent breakfast buffet. Only complaints were 2 days without air conditioning during brutal heat wave and attitude of customer service was very authoritarian and not customer focused.

Good but this is now off season and this is normal that may exist small inconvénient but it' sa good place to go éventuellement In off season

The most horrible stay ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel is a 4 star hotel, the air conditioning was broken. We were not provided with any additional comforts. I approached the front desk and they refused to give discount on the cost of the room. No cold bottlerd water was provided or any other compensation for having to endure the hot 34 degrees heat at night. At check out I requested the name of the hotel manager so that I could contact them to discuss the stay and the inexperienced high school student said that it is against hotel policy to give out the name of the manager. It was absolutely a complete disappointment. I left my contact information but of course o one has ever called me or emailed.

We arrived and found ourselves with a nicer room than expected from the photos on the web site. That night there was a storm which short circuited the air conditioning. By the morning the room was very warm so we asked what was going on. We were told it was just a temporary problem. By the second day we still had no information and no air con. The temperature in our room overnight was 31-32c. Impossible to sleep. On the third day there was still no information about a fix so I asked for a fan which appeared later in the day. We stayed 6 nights with no air conditioning and no information offered unless we asked and then we were just told they couldn't do anything because they were waiting for a part to arrive. We were also told by the manager it was only a couple of days when we know it started on our first night with the storm because a staff member told us. After a lengthy argument on check out we finally received a reduction and had to sign a waiver to any future claim. The customer service was terrible. Smiling doesn't cost anything... On other subjects the food was generally good and the pools were lovely although the ones away from the main family pool could do with some attention on the tiling and sunbeds

A nice clean room with beautiful surroundings. 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool. 1 sauna wasn't working. The hotel consists of a few buildings and we stayed on one of the outer buildings so it was nice and quiet.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was great everything you could think of and to sit outside with the lovely views was bliss. Would recommend it. There was a shuttle bus into town, free, which was very handy.

Trevligt boende och riktigt bra golfbana.

Bra hotell med trevlig och service minded personal. Bra frukost, bra mat i restaurangen. Golfbanan jättefin även om bevattningen gjorde att bollar pluggade då och då. Golfbilarna får bara användas på särskilda vägar vilket ger mer promenader än vanligt. Personalen på golfbanan mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Enda minuset är att sängarna var lite för hårda för vår smak

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella Junior suite. A parte lo spazio ampio e la vista gradevole, non ha niente per essere definita tale: bagno molto datato e privo di un vero set di cortesia (dispenser in plastica attaccato alla doccia per tutti i clienti con sapone dozzinale),letti vecchi, duri, finiti e singoli (e va bene perché segnalato) ma in una camera matrimoniale li avrebbero dovuti almeno disporre con lenzuola matrimoniali. Infine non è insonorizzata e quindi abbiamo sentito i vicini di stanza fino a tarda notte. In compenso la colazione è ottima e abbondante, con vasta scelta di prodotti sia dolci che salati.

Bellissima location per chi ama il golf ma pochi servizi per chi non è golfista Personale gentile ma poco organizzato e collaborante tra le varie strutture
